My Mom, wife, and I all went in to get new phones the other day. We were helped by Syed who was the most helpful employee I have encountered there. He not only got us an amazing deal on our new phones but helped us with so many additional phone issues that we were unable to figure out on our own. My iPhone had water damage and I wasn't sure if it could be repaired or replaced when I went to Tbooth. Turns out the damage was pretty bad and I needed a new phone. Tim was super helpful in helping me pick out a new phone and a plan with the best deal! Super sweet and caring, and I really appreciated his help because I had no idea what my options were beforehand. Walked out with a new phone and a better deal on a data plan then I walked in with. They are thiefs a guy named SYED told me that he is giving me a plan of $55 but instead he gave me $66 plan saying he will call Bell and change the plan to $55 as it is not showing up and he also did not inform that there is activation charges but now i have a bill of $128. I called them and they are like they will get back to me but no one called back. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE

I recently cracked my iPhone 11 and came to Tbooth knowing that it is an apple authorized service provider. Tim was extremely friendly and went through the different options that I had. I decided to get a new phone instead of repairing the iPhone 11 due to its damage. He was able to find me the best deal and he displayed true professionalism in his work by being patient and clearing up any confusion that I had. I ended up getting a brand new iPhone 13 for a really good price and I am super content with the service at Tbooth!

Tim was amazing, informative and very helpful to my whole family. Lots of patience too. Especially with seniors who are not too tec savy!

Very happy to provide a 5 star rating for the Tbooth store in Chinook Mall in Calgary, AB, in particular for the associate Tim. Despite multiple distractions he remained focused and professional. He listened to my issue and then took the time to resolve it with patience. I'd been at Best Buy earlier and was treated horribly! It was a relief to have Tim take the time to find a resolution that worked for me, thank you Tim! (Best Buy could take lessons from Tim).

I came in to get an iPhone 13 Pro Max and the sales person Tim was very friendly and professional. He even got me more on my plan for less money! Definitely will be coming in again.

Horrible experience.the operator kaushik set up my account all wrong and set up the account to deduct $50 every month instead of $25.when i questioned him about it, he had no explanation and just walked away.i spoke to chatr about it and they said they cannot help me

I have been to this Location for the couple reason I had bought an airpods pro and i have some problem with it when I enter the store the Manager Mr Khan as well as along with Mr Kaushik and Tim were great in greeting and service they listen to my problem and they had the apple service centre which I was unaware of and Mr Kulbir very patiently listen to me and help me replace my airpods. ****** one again thank you guys for this excellent service ******* will definitely recommend friends and family to this particular location

Amazing experience getting new phones. I'll be back when my contract is done but for the main time I'll be sending friends and family as soon as any of them need a contract renewal. Khan was amazing helping my wife and I to get new phones.

Wrote a fake deal on a peice of paper in pen and failed to follow through on actually giving us what we agreed too, 9 months later and still never resolved and they eventually just gave up and stopped trying to bs us and now won't cooperate.

Just a store full of scammers. They only care about making quota so they get theirs weak little bonuses. Pitiful job for pitiful liars

I signed 5 business mobile phone lines with Chinook tbooth on their black Friday promotion for Rogers.

Store management refuse to give me in-store copy of contracts and said they would email strictly because of covid.

I had already left the store and the emailed contracts failed to mention my black Friday promotion. After bringing this to TBooth's attention they promised to resolve the issue immediately and that they completely understand my issue.

After promising to fix my issue I never once heard from them again and they repeatedly lie to my face telling me that they're "looking into it".

Finally just today after a year of fighting with t-booth the management told me that the deal that I received was good enough and that I should just take what I had received and leave which was not at all the deal that I was promised in store.

In my opinion these are very dishonest people at this store and you can't trust anything that they say I would avoid doing business with them at all costs.

I did visit t booth to purchase a phone with a plan and Victor was phenomenal, since my case was a bit complicated victor took the time and patience and sorted it all out.
I have high regards for his customer service skills and patience which I could not not get at the virgin store next door. I would highly recommend his services.
