Very good service (by ladies working in this kiosk), but long time waiting because Telus keep service ladies constantly on a hold? !

Purchased package with my credit card he added extra data in error I had a verbal exchange with the manager, two $10 top up's were billed to my credit card but the data wasn't uploaded I complained to telus and the money was not refunded they just tried to sell me other data packages so I terminated my number and went with another server!

Reeven & Grace helped me with a screen protector purchase and application, was very pleased with their service and the protector looks great!

Michael was patient and good humored while we worked through the details of updating my phone and my contract. As it was Black Friday week, it was quite busy and all clients were treated respectfully.

My partner and I recently moved to Cochrane from Ontario and went to Telus to get new phones and numbers. Igor assisted us and was very personable, and helpful the entire visit. Went in to purchase the IPhone 13 pro. Staff was very helpful and transferred over everything to my new phone seamlessly including setting up my old phone to another existing phone #.

Phone was on its death bed. Phone was replaced with a 2yr contract at very little cost. In and out with new phone in 40 mins. Very happy.

I had talked with Igor at the Cochrane AB store a couple times in the past 10 days - he was very helpful.
Today I went in to pick up my new phone, to cancel my Telus cell acc’t & switch to Koodo. Jean was terrifically helpful, going beyond what I would have expected. She tried to find a phone number that I wanted, being unsuccessful not for a lack of effort nor of time. She answered all my questions in a courteous & professional manner.
