Don’t go to this store they charged me $30 as store fees just for nothing just to look up my account

Reiley was the sweetest human! She was so patient and kind, I had brought my daughter along and the employees were so kind to her! Was able to get a new phone and more than I wanted!

Hard pass if you like awful misinformed service and interuptions galore. I'm always clear and consise when I go in after contracts over. Goals are always same with plan change. What's the phone cost and the plan, how much change to the new plan and what if any value is the new plan if prices change.
3 weeks later, lots of fees and surprises when I got the bill incl charges for wife's phone, I never even knew would even appear like bring it back. She still has her phone and nothing changed!
As an agent for Telus you should be thorough and disclose the whole deal. I asked 3x what's the final 1st bill. 30 years as a mobile phone user it's not like I was born yesterday.

I had the best experience joining Telus as a new client. Kaitlyn definitely went above and beyond for me which I totally appreciate. I have a great plan now and am worry free about data etc.
Any questions I had were answered as well as she gave me more understanding of available services/packages available to help make the best choice for me. I didn't feel like I was getting more or less than what I truly needed. I literally walked out of the store smiling.

I was treated great my phone purchase and change over was quick and smooth then he made sure all my programs were working top notch service.

Terrible customer service and dude with beard had rancid bad breath. Not worth getting a new phone plan. Opted to drive to Calgary.

What a waste of my time.they kept trying to up sell me stuff when I knew exactly what I wanted.they lost a sale because they kept trying push more expensive stuff on me.

What an Odd Review to read for this store? I have been in this store numerous times all staff are clean, friendly folk. How does one smell bad breath through a mask which all the staff wear? Leaves me to wonder? Keep up the great work in the community.
