Went for new phone and all options were presented and he was very thorough with all phones, considering what my needs for a phone were and didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. Service was excellent. They set up a router in store for me so I wouldn’t need to at home by myself as I’m not good with electronics. I will continue to recommend and I will also be a repeat customer

Excellent service. I had to wait about 30 minutes for a couple of old people who didn't know what an app was, or how to sign in to ones Google/Samsung/Apple account.
The guys behind the counter were patient and understanding. But at the end of that, I recieved a kind thank you for my patience and a discount on my purchase. This is a good place to get your cellphone or hook one up to service. Just remember high river has a lot of retirees who don't know Microsoft from Apple. Lol.

I dealt with Dallas and he was amazing very informative and gave me the best deal he could and explained the current Telus promotions.

OK, this is from a couple of years ago.
I knew that I needed a US plan for work, and would get to it when I could, but called because I suddenly was going to the States and needed to change from Koodo immediately. Chasity helped me and when I came in, she had saved the info to facilitate the process. Mikala was able to switch me to Telus without any difficulties at all! I was prepared for a grand headache with all of this but it was absolutely painless! These young ladies were smart, on the ball, very friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. I would give 6 stars if I could! I meant to leave this review a month ago, so sorry for the delay. Please let these ladies know how much I appreciated their help! Thanks!

The staff did an excellent job of improving my internet signal, they not only corrected the problem with my ZTE smarthub, but they set me up with a much better outdoor modum to be installed in less than a week. Dallas definitely helped in not losing my business to a very expensive " Starlink" option.

Sara was amazing! I came in to do the bring it back with my phone, we did the return with my old phone and afterwards found out I was unable to upgrade do to a payment needing to be paid, she did everything she could trying to get me the upgrade. After calling Telus and them saying pretty much saying kick rocks I came in the next day and she got me the upgrade I wanted! Even stayed after hours to do the transfer of phones. She was so great and very helpful!

I got what I needed today and even a little extra help. Thank you to Charles and the rest of the team for taking care of me.

Very knowledgeable and worked hard with me to get my new Samsung up and running. Not an easy task when you're dealing with a senior!
