Needed a Alberta #. My husband is in Arizona & cut my T-Mobile services off. Only issue I hv is that my iPhone is locked & somehow I hv to get it unlocked. I paid for the phone & am not making payments on it.
James assisted me with the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, giving clear explanations, answering all my questions, very helpful. A pleasant experience, easy and relatively quick!
Dealt with Sebastian he was a really good guy. Very knowledgeable on getting a new phone and transferring everything over from my old phone. Was able to have a good conversation while waiting like a couple of friends would not knowing him prior to going into the store.
Went in to ask for my bill amount. Ended up leaving with a lower bill, and fixed my online account issue. Kristina was a great help! Emma was a great helper as well! Highly recommend visiting fairway plaza Telus/Koodo store. Very nice people all together there!

I decided to stop in and ask Marshall some questions about new phones and phone plans. I ended up getting a phone and he set it up right away even though it was closing time.

I walked into the store wanting a new phone but I wasn't sure that I would be able to get one and Calvin made it very easy and showed me a few phones and the special features and his opinion and which I thought was quite professional and he gave excellent customer service.
Above and beyond as usual. Got a new phone, cheaper plan, and more perks. Staff was extremely kind and professional. Tianna walked me through how to use my new phone, which is great. Extremely pleased with the decision to shop here again.

Whatever you do don’t go to this store if you are a Telus customer renewing a phone. They charge Ridiculous $$ to do for an already Telus customer, they charged us recycling fee’s on the old phone that was on a bring it back program that they ship back to Telus, and then I noticed after they charged us to recycle the old phone case which we still have. We learned our lesson and will never be back to that store again.
I’ve been a Telus customer since 2011 and I have never had a bad experience at this location. I’ve always received nothing but quick and professional help.
The staff was so nice and waited after store hours help setting and backing up my phone! I really appreciate the the time they spent making sure everything would work okay.
Malcom was a huge help. Lots of customers made it impossible for me to even enter the store with the current covid restrictions. He met me outside the door and changed out the SIM card on my phone and had me away in under 10 minutes. Excellent service given the world we live in now.
A young gentleman met me at the door.came outside and helped resolve my issues basically within less than 10 minutes. I was treated very well. Excellent service!

I was recommended to Lauren from a business associate. The transition experience was spot on! Our experience with the previous phone company we were with started out ok but then turn turned out to be a living Bell. Whoops I meant to say Bell.stupid autocorrect Hell, Hell, “was a living Hell! ” We are very excited for the new change and being able to work with competent professional people who actually care about their service and who they are serving!
Very organized, clean and friendly atmosphere. Marshall was knowledgeable and listened to my needs while saving me money on a new plan. He also took care of my important incoming calls while my phone was syncing for an hour with no problem and a smile, which was beyond expectations. He is a caring and easy to interact with employee who makes your interaction as smooth as possible.
Phoned in to set up my phone on a new plan, speaking with Tianna who explained the process clearly and quickly. I then went to the store at Fairmont location in Lethbridge and Tianna helped get it all set up and running in no time. Great service. They are lucky to have her there as good service is hard to find.

In 20 years of business, probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They tried to convert our business to "Business Connect" and didn't even understand the product they were selling at the time. Lauren outright lied to us about what it was capable of. Here we are a year later, still trying to get released from our business connect account after 20+ calls and emails to Telus. All at a cost of over $10k in extra charges to our business. DO NOT DEAL WITH TOM HARRIS!
UPDATE - In reply to your response written here. We did the training with a technician from Calgary, and we were in contact with him for a long period of time. He was far more helpful than you, and you might find it interesting that he is also in agreement that we were sold a product by you that was falsely advertised as something it was not. It was clearly not a fit for our business. Would you like me to post the emails from him here and share those? Here's a great example of how bad this was - although we are all on mobile phones, we were sent a dozen VOIP desk phones. Illustrates how poorly you understood the product and what you were selling us. (Telus is still asking us to return these a year later - yesterday in fact, although I've explained you already took them).
Finally, from your review you continue to blame us, which is typical. The last time you came into our office you blamed us entirely and said that WE mis-understood YOU. You took ZERO responsibility for this debacle. At that time we were stuck with a $1000 bill, which has only escalated over time. That was the last time we heard from you. No one reached out to us multiple times over the last year, we got a single call after hours yesterday once this was posted. And it was as clear then as it is now, that you have no empathy or interest in doing anything but blaming us.
We have stuggled with this for over a year now. We've sent emails to telus starting last November asking to cancel this account. We've had our phones threatened to be cut off. Dozens and dozens of phone calls to Telus. You have no idea how incredibly frustrating this experience has been and honestly I don't think you really care. I hope other business owners read this and are more careful in choosing to do business with you.
Have been dealing with Tom harris for some time now and always have great service. Lauren the manager of business was outstanding very lovely to deal with. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location. Have spoke to some other staff members at this location and all are great.
Horrible store that did absolutely nothing for me. The employee then told me if he could do anything, they have to charge me an extra $70.and they didnt have the phone i wanted.
Absolutely lovely staff! Tia helped me get my phone setup and made sure it worked before i left the store. We even sung one direction together lol! Will be coming back.
Kelly (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was the biggest help to me and my family. She saved us over 400 dollars a month by switching all of our lines to a more affordable plan but didn’t limit the features, we went from limited shareable data to individual unlimited data for only 75 dollars a month per line. PLUS I returned my old phone and got $290 of in store credit which I used to buy airpods. Kelly really made the experience an easy and stress free one, if you’re struggling financially or just want to save money and want to take a second look at your phone bill and where you can save money, I highly recommend talking to her, she’ll get you a plan and help you save! Awesome job
I have been coming to Tom Harris Telus store in Lethbridge for years for cellphone-related products and service. Every time I visit this store I receive outstanding customer service. During my last two visits, Tianna was very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The other employees were also very friendly and helpful to customers who came into the store while I was there. I refer my friends and family to this store because I know they'll receive the same great service I did. I highly recommend this store.
Great place! The manager there (forget her name) takes great care of the staff and the customers. She came out of the back, asked how my day was then asked the staff how they were doing. Its great to see such a positive environment. Highly recommend going there if you're in a market for a cell phone!
Terrible service. A line up outside the door and two of the three staff decide it's time for a break and leave. No interest in helping the customers waiting outside.
I went to Tom Harris Cell phone outlet the other day, it was finally time to get a new cell. Lauren helped me out, she was very knowledgeable, polite and a very good natured person. I’m not that tech savvy so she helped me a lot with the purchase, was a Great Experience. A couple of days later I was having troubles transferring my data from my old phone to the New one. I phoned the Store, and TIA helped me a lot, she stayed on the phone for a long time, guiding me step by step to complete. She Was Very helpful, patient with me, she knew what she was doing, Great personality Over all dealing with these two individuals it was a wonderful refreshing experience.
I went in to renew my phone and phone plan and the guy I was talking to refused to help me because I was with a corporate plan. He wouldn't even look into helping me. I walked out and went to the Telus at the mall and they were happy to help. I can't believe I was refused service. Worst customer service I have ever received,
Incredible customer service! I walked into the store thinking my phone was needing to be replaced, and Clarissa spent about 15 minutes working on the issue and resolved it! She was amazing! I’ve never received such friendly and helpful service—ever! I will continue going to this store for all my cell phone needs because of the excellent service I received! I highly recommend this store.
This visit was actually over a year ago. I got my original cell phone with Telus here when I switched from Rogers and this was 2 or 3 years ago. I think had back once when I had a problem and questions. I believe it was here I signed up for Optik TV with my programs I wanted. They were quite busy so had a 10 - 15 minute wait but were able to help me.
Thank you to everyone who went out of their way to restore my iPhone. Service above and beyond. They also helped restructure my corporate account and saved me some cash in doing so. I highly recommend them.
