We purchased a Shaw carpet from Touchtone and was told it has lifetime warranty against sagging. The carpet was flat after 10 months. After messaging Touchtone and Shaw flooring, they recommended steam cleaning the carpet (even though it didn't need it) and of course it didn't help. Now after 1.5 years they don't respond to emails or messages. Needless to say, we will 100% avoid this place and Shaw products and will definetly not be recommending it to any friends or family.

Absolute joke on install.
Both vinyl and carpet.
For the carpet.
They didnt cut out the vent holes there was a door to a room where they just cut a strip and left it there.they re used one of the transition strips even though i paid for new ones.it was bent and half mangled i had to call them several times and wait almost 2 weeks to get them to put in new strip then i see the transition strip in hallway attached next to carpet but not on it.absolute horrible install.
Then the vinyl didnt come when it was supposed to then the guy they sent to install didnt even know it wasnt there and also didnt know he had to level floor wich i paid for.he did so at 9pm.then came back 2 days later after i called again several times to install also at 9pm.
They left 150 in gift cards and bottle of wine in my house as an appology for what the sales guy admitted to as an absolutely horrible install all around. Wich was nice but i dont want wine and a gift card i want the install i paid for done properly.tried to call about the strip they placed next to carpet as you can see in photos but no one responds anymore.
If your looking for quality and service i strongly suggest you avoid this place because you wont find either one of those here.

Dave helped us to choose our selections for our new home. He was very patience throughout the process and took time to educate us. No wait time, no rush, great service. Highly recommend.

Avoid the store. We had a very bad experience when returning the extra unopened flooring. They never told you that they will CHARGE you for return items during your purchase. It took us almost 2 hours to do the returning. The customer has to deal with different staffs and You have to wait and wait and wait. No one seems like to help you. You’re the god when you buy something, they are the god when you do the return.
Will never buy anything from their store.

My husband and I went all over Edmonton finding flooring and this company was by far the best.
Efren was our sales associate, was incredible. He knew the product, was extremely helpful and patient with us.
Also best prices we found in Edmonton for vinyl.

Efren was a really great. He has a great knowledge about the materials. I had a multiple visits to store because I wasn't sure what to buy; Efren was always pleasant and ready to answer my questions. I highy recommend this store. Thank a lot Efren.

I went with Touchstone to get vinyl plank for our home. Randeep went above and beyond to help me choose the best suitable product for the job.
Prices were great but the best part was customer service. I am so thankful to Randeep for taking time to answer all my questions. I will recommend him for any flooring needs.

I went with Touchstone to do vinyl plank throughout my entire condo. Anil was fantastic throughout the whole process! He answered all my questions, and was available and responsive even past work hours. Anil's respectfulness and know how made the process much less stressful. I also went with their own product and it is absolutely beautiful and affordable.

You pay in full before the project starts, but they are very good about refunding unnecessary costs as the project finishes. They met all my condo companies requirements and were experienced with condos.

The installation was also good and the floors are beautifully done. They do not clean the floors or any of the dust afterwards, so do not expect that! Also the product delivery people, and the installers did not wear masks (October 2020 during Covid-19).

Overall I recommend Touchstone and especially Anil for vinyl plank flooring!

Called and asked couple questions about their carpet installation process, then drove 40 minutes to pick carpet for my house, went into the showroom, walked around for 15 min, waited, nobody approached to help, staff are either sitting on their phones behind counters or in the back office laughing loud.
Left and passed by the staff again, they didn't even raise or moved their eyes of their phones.
I guess I'll find somebody else to do my carpet

Very good product, salesmen specially Davinder and Rajdeep both are responsible person. The guys who are helping in loading stuff are good guys.

I have had a positive experience with Touchtone, as a customer who just had carpet replaced with LVP in my house. Samuel was very responsive as the salesman and gave me helpful information regarding the options. He was great at working around my requirements.

Poor quality install crew, leaving this here. Can't recommend. Prices are okay but look for your own install solution instead of their guys.

Old rubber tiles removed and new carpeting installed. Two young men did an excellent job. They were very respectful and worked hard. They cleaned up after themselves and when they left nothing was out of place. Once the order was placed, installation was available almost immediately. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. Why go anywhere else?

These people were excellent in every way. Especially the Manager/Owner Baneet. He is very humble, polite, sincere, knowledgeable and a great team leader.

We have been building and doing renovations now for almost 15 years and our experience with other flooring companies has be so-so. This was our first project with them for 4 high end infill homes. And, these guys delivered their services beyond our expectations. We were amazed by how much money they saved us compared with other flooring companies quotes.

We initially thought they made a mistake as quotes were almost 20% less than other stores. We were in shock when they told us this is the right quote as they are the volume players as well as direct importers and their margins are very reasonable.

God knows how much extra money we paid to our previous flooring stores. If we knew Touchtone earlier we could have saved tons of $$$.

They carry all high end brands such as Versace, Stanton, Pravada, lamborghini tikes etc.

Really nice trustworthy and honest group!

Also, the installation group did a fantastic job under pretty tight schedule.but guess what, Success.

I bought some flooring from them a couple days ago, and the installation was amazing on top of the friendly staff. These guys are the best!

I was debating to go to this store, I decided to go because I heard many postive things about it. Need less to say, I was not disappointed. Prices were great, installation was impeccable and staff was great!

Out of all the stores we went to, by far the friendliest staff. I brought them a photo of what I was looking for and wanted to create in my bedroom and they helped provide me with three alternatives within my price range. Highly Recommend!

Samuel went out of his way to help me, he kept me informed of my orders progress, went above and beyond to source me a discontinued product and even offered to deliver it on his way home! If I ever need flooring in the future this is where I am going even though I’m an hour away.

Touchtone has the best prices. I am contractor and have literally visited every store in the city. But the prIces here are beatable. I am only buying from them for last 3 years since I heard about them

I received excellent customer service. They helped me pick out affordable tile. Found the best tile i have ever seen for a backsplash. And let me check over tile. Bought at other place on west end and half were broken and wouldnt let me check cases. Highly recommend them. Any tile i need will be bought through them.

I am very disappointed with Touchtone Flooring. I saw their FB ads and thought they would be a great place to check for my current flooring project.
Unfortunately, there seemed to be only one sales person, trying to help three groups of people, meanwhile two people were sitting behind the counter (carpet area) on the cellphones: No acknowledgement of potential clients from those two people. No offer to assist.
Two different people behind the wood/laminate flooring desk were somewhat helpful, but did not really know anything about the flooring.
Prices are NOT clearly posted anywhere. Quote given seemed to come out of the air and written on photocopy paper. No introduction from salesperson and no business card given to clients by salesperson.
I will be taking my business to their competitors, now and in the future.

We chose all our flooring and tiling at Touchtone for our new house recently. It’s a massive store with options at different price points - both modern and traditional. Our sales consultant Dave Bedi was very helpful and patient even when we repeatedly changed our minds. Most impressively, his after-sales service was just as good when we had some problems with trades scratching up our flooring. Dave actually showed up at our house to take a look at the damage and ordered us a touch up pen to help with repairs at no additional cost!
