Not a bad place to get a trailer. They could be a bit faster getting the paperwork done to get you on the road. At least they come out to help you hook up. I rented a trailer for 3 hours and they charged me a full day rate. They could have charged me hourly or a half day. Not fair to pay for a full day when it was only 4 hours.

I was told my p/u location was in St. Albert but it was not. I had too drive 20 kilometers too pick the truck up and then the system was down. I was there for a good 1 hr before I could get the truck.

Good experience reserving truck, very informative and helpful. Unfortunately day before pickup truck was not available and I had to pick up from another location. This is not the locations fault, UHaul does this to people all the time after they book. I recommend this place to rent from.

Cute little store. They got fireworks. This is not a chain convenience store so limited stock on items, with higher prices. However they have fireworks and gas.

Returned my uhaul truck here once and the owner said the tank wasn’t full when it clearly was. I dropped the vehicle off and didn’t hear from them until we were hours away the next day. The end result was that I was charged an unnecessary extra fuel charge.
I avoid renting or returning any equipment here.

Brutal service. I called them and they told me they didn't have any trailers to rent even though they didn't know or ask me when I wanted to rent one (which was going to be two weeks in advance). Then they just hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a second question.

Dirty disgusting inside got a vintage old trailer to pull back to ontario was just disgusted at this uhal dealer too.
