Clean truck, in good condition. Customer service was excellent and the cost was reasonable. Will rent from this facility again.

Never picked up the phone so I went elsewhere. All uhaul calgary locations are pathetic, I've been on the phone all morning trying to rent a trailer from uhaul and all your reps are pathetic

Horrible horrible business! I quit renting from uhaul years ago because of the service I received. I decided to try them out again for the last time. Reserved a vehicle online, received an email CONFIRMATION, Confirming my reservation and the vehicle, 10 hours later they called to inform me that no vehicle was going to be available. The closest one was in Chestermere and they would not cover the kms to Calgary. I asked them if they understood what confirmation meant as I had made concrete plans on this, and the absolutely rude "supervisor" told me she has to make these phone calls all the time. I mentioned I would be going to social media and the phone hung up. Go to Budget or Enterprise or any other truck rental company, do not use any of their stores.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The most rude foul mouthed ignorant repersentitive of a company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. Will never go to this location again as i don't appreciate being disrespected and threatened i hope that no one has to go thru this with uhaul.

No problems but nothing amazing. It's just a uhaul dealer at a gas station.

Very slow, horrible customer service. No need to go into detail. Unfortunately they seem to be the only company in town that offers this type of service, so I had to put up with their disrespectful demeanor or I was not going to be able to move my belongings.
