I rented a trailer from a different location and that was a bad experience

I had a great experience with my rental and drop. The guy at reception was helpful with both pickup and drop. Please take pics of meter before pickup and after the drop and buy the damage waiver.

Great location and service. Very quick and efficient, unlike other locations in calgary where you wait upwards of a hour (Barlow). In and out, friendly service. Highly recommend this location!

Tell me they don't have a dolly that I rented and paid for after renting me the truck, tripling my time and energy for the move. Had to switch truck 3 times at pickup as electrical was not working. Dealing with the owner, found him rude, abrasive and full of threats to cancel my reservation, Infact he did cancel my reservation to remove my dolly, tells me my funds will be refunded in a couple of business days and charged my credit card another $1,000 without my knowledge or approval, could not get a word in while I spoke with him on the phone to explain that due to my disability, it will be difficult to complete the move without actually receiving the dolly I reserved and paid for.
1 star as the young attendant that initially helped me was super nice and had great service.
I have requested U-Haul corporate to call me to discuss further but after dealing with this franchise owner, I will not be holding my breath for the call back

This is worst uhaul I've seen and used thus far. The charge more than other uhaul locations for kilometers and when you take your rental back after they're closed, they charge you extra. Also when you take your rental back after hours it just so happens that you're not able to upload your photos on the app, so then they get to charge you extra for milage and gas.
They are a rip off, and the customer service is deplorable. The guy that answers the phone is rude when you try to get answers.
All the other uhaul locations charges $7 or $7.50 for the utility dolly, they charge $10. I would not recommend this location and would never go there again. If I could I would give them no stars.

I wasn’t supposed to pick up at this location but U-haul changed my reservation. That being said the young gentleman working was kind and clear with the instructions on our booking.

Same as always good service, unlike other people I have never had an issue at this location.

Convenient location for the northwest communities. Go right to the back for the office. It's nowhere near the front by the road. The staff was friendly.
