DO NOT BRING BACK HERE! They asked me to fill up and gave me a credit of 56$ to do so.was filled up like asked and still charged me 56$! So in total it costed me 112$ to go about 40km's!

Do not use this location at all! Rental with uhaul is a nightmare. We drove from Edmonton to spruce grove to pick up our truck 2 days before moving as I felt I had a truck for 2 days and when I got there, No truck. Even though I spoke to Mary Lou personally and felt I had a reservation. She basically did it online. And said it was canceled’! So now it’s Saturday and no way to find a truck she was not helpful at all. Hope there glass businesses is better’!

They didn't have any small units n I won't pay for a bigger unit cuz my daughter has a pickup that can haul my furniture in a small unit.

Everytime iuse uhaul I choose a preferred location and my pickup location is 40 mins away 1 way trip uhaul never seems to be able to help me with moving units for easier location access instead I'm faced with a 1.5 hour drive there and back. Absolutely no help from any customer services. Horrible business, I will do everything in my power to use a different company

Called three times. Lady behind the desk doesn’t answer introducing the company she’s representing and proceeds to place me on hold with no response from me. After a fourth time she had no idea how to find the rates for vehicles and got angry at me for asking at which point she hung up in frustration. How this person got employed is beyond my comprehension.

Very disappointed with service, because I asked if there are any hidden fees besides $79 + $17 insurance + $0.79 per mile, on they said no. I payed $187.95 and thought part will be returned when they calculate miles I put on, however later I found that minimum 50 miles charge will be applied automatically - bunch of crooks! Nothing is transparent anymore.

The U-Haul's computer system was the pits. It took the clerk four tries (and all that entails and a LOT of time) to eventually get a trailer rental done. So the rating is for the location and the clerk's friendliness and her repeated efforts and trying different approaches to make things eventually work out. If I was rating U-Haul's system, they would get a 1

Easy to deal with. No wasting your time. In and out quickly and the staff is very knowledgeable

Treated terrible, when I informed her I'd be a few hours later returning the woman threatened to report the U-Haul stolen unless I allowed her to talk to my friend who was present but not on the account. She refused to give an extension on my services despite the u haul being available, and didn't even do a walk around or check the fuel level.
The u haul was available for extension because traffic department ended up giving me an extension and ensured that I wouldn't have to deal with her. Traffic department mentioned receiving multiple complaints aswell

Despite the major issues I had with Uhaul itself, the people here were very friendly. We had to do an after hours drop off and came in to make sure it was all ok and get our deposit back. The lady was super nice, refunded us our deposit and even chit chatted with me about possible job opportunities in Spruce Grove.
When I phoned in the morning they seemed a little rushed and couldn't talk to me about my issue, but other than that I had a great experience.

Terrible and Unprofessional experience. Planned to rent a trailer for one week and than ended up only needing it 3 days. The staff told me before I rented it that I could return it to the South Edmonton location, were I was going to rent a trailer in the first place because I live in South Edmonton. The reason I went to Spruce Grove is that it was the closest location that had the trailer I wanted. When I found out I only need the trailer for 3 days I phoned the spruce Grove location if I could return it to South Edmonton and only pay a 3 day rental rate they said no problem. So than I returned the trailer to find out that I would be charged for the whole week but could talk to the Spruce Grove location to get a refund. I actually drove there after they could do nothing over the phone. Once I got there they still could do nothing to refund the extra days. I than got a hold of the field Manager Darren. After telling him about not getting the refund he promised to send a cheque to cover the difference. Well after more than 6 month since last year. I am still WAITING. I GUESS U-HAUL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Front desk rude and snappy.
Was told to go retrieve the unit number off the inventory of the fleet, isn’t that your job? Also the manager had to move a trailer out of the way of my rental and wanted me to do it. When I said don’t you have workers for that he lost his tempter and said “I don’t have to rent to you” so I asked for a refund. After that he swore and cursed at my friend and I never did get a refund. I had to call his manager and request a cheque to be sent out in the mail. Terrible experience, worst place of business I’ve ever gone too.
