As a detail-oriented person, I recommend this team since they handle my job exactly as I expected.and this is why,

1- Selecting product: more than a week by several materials, Cory was with us to borrowed and delivered them to us to choose the exact one that we want, we have this opportunity to try them in our home & they were so different compare to simulators or in store.this option helped us to make decision by confidence by checking real material in our home in day light and night environment.

2- Estimation: we got a very accure and FREE estimation.not also for this phase but also for future phases by two different materials in two different options. All with clearly break down without any gloomy area or open condition.

3-Contract: simple, clear with understandable wording just in couple pages.

4- Delivery: material supplied exactly on time.all cartons were dry whiteout any damage or even scratch also they did their best to deliver all in once to save our holding time.

5- Installation, Mel team handle our job.here is the best part of this review:
based on our contract they have 3 days to finish the job, but they finish it in two days by staying extra hour to cover their warehouse delay for suppling stair nose.they set planks in a nice pattern also we got best handling for moving furniture's and appliances in SNOW by covering them and tape them to the ground.
They did all cuts outside in cold to keep our house clean for Christmas.
I always got a text in advance for any schedule update or change from Cory and/or Mel.so no surprise!
immediately after the job get done, I got a text for how I should take care of new flooring, what product should I use and what should I do or not.you will get this data during choosing material from Cory but in this stage more details, which I like when instruction is clear not open ended.

6- Charges, even they can charge you based on contract or job delivery signature, but they respect you by calling you and ask about you satisfaction and ask permission for next charge.

7- Cost, since their estimation had detail break down (level 3) and they will follow it line by line I think I got the best deal. Their Price was fair and more trustable vs others, at least in my case.

All around a fabulous experience in a department I don’t know much about. Zach was over the top helpful, kind and very informative. The carpet is so lush and soft. Everyone that has entered my house has commented on it. Thanks Zach!

Absolutely amazing! I loved my experience from start to finish. We worked with Zach to select engineered hardwood and arrange to have it installed. From the get-go, Zach felt more like a knowledgeable friend instead of a salesman. I'm pretty picky, so even selecting a hardwood took a while. Zach never made me feel pressured or rushed. Zach also helped organize to have the floors installed and for a very fair price. We needed to live in our home during the install, so we needed to arrange it to be done in stages. Zach was so accommodating and communicative. He actually made the whole process very stress-free. As for the install, I am in love with how they've turned out. The install team has been clean, professional, and exactly what anyone would hope for. I cannot underscore enough how impressed I was with my experience. Zach, I tip my hat to you, sir. I have recently replaced the flooring in my basement with vinyl blank from West Valley Flooring. They had trouble with their suppliers which is not unusual in this time of the world. Staff worked very hard to resolve any issues we had even those for which they were not responsible, like the supply issues. I would like to make special not of the installer, Chris. He kept in close touch so that I knew she to expect. He was always willing to explain details of the project and to ensure I was comfortable with what he was doing. Chris made sure that the work site was clean and tidy each time he left which is important to me. I live here while the flooring is being laid. The floor looks great and I will recommend him and West Valley Flooring to friends and family in the future.

Everything started with Zach, great and professional sales representative of Westvalley Carpet & Flooring. Abdul and his crew installed the carpet on our curved staircase. It turned out incredible. We highly recommend them

I ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms. Zach was great in showing me choices and explaining the differences which help me come to my decision easily. Carpet arrived on time and installed. I was able to get a left over piece binded to be an area rug for my living room. Zach also followed up after install was complete which was great customer service not experienced in big box stores. I'm very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service received from start to finish. Highly recommend Westvalley Carpet & Flooring. You won't be disappointed.

Be careful when ordering from this company. They have a no return policy apparently. We bought vinyl tiles which looked great with the sample in-store (one piece). Only to find out that each box of the product had 4 different Color shades of tiles. They will not accept return of opened boxes. Our installer said that most boxes in the market will usually have a picture of how the tiles look installed in a house - the Sarasota type did not have any picture. So we were devastated when we opened a box and discovered the discrepancy. Zach who was our sales person was okay to deal with but we’re just disappointed that he did not inform us about the 4 different shades. We had to make do with 4 different vinyl Color shades throughout our main floor. Simply because there is a no return policy.

We had a excellent experience working with Westvalley. Christopher was a pleasure to work with and was able to navigate through the delays that we caused on the project. It took a long time to complete the project due to delays on my part. Christoper helped us navigate through these delays seamlessly. Ejder on carpet and Chris on hardwood installation were great to work with. A special thanks to Chris who had to maneuver around all the furniture that was still in the work area. I would certainly use Westvalley again.

Westvalley Flooring was fantastic to work with. The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy in the least. They answered all of our questions. The flooring selection was tremendous and we found the floor to be able to match other parts of the house. They provided us competitive pricing and floor came exactly as advertised. Had all the carpets in our house replaced before we moved in, approximately 2000sqft in early January 2022. Christopher (sales) was great with communication during the process and Ejder (installer) worked incredibly hard to ensure they were done before the moving van showed up. After 3 months with our new carpet we are very happy still.

We recently had Tyler and Tara install a new maple floor. It looks great! They went the extra mile and helped me sort out how to hide the cables for my rear surround sound speaker. They even eliminated the annoying squeaks I had from the original hardwood install. I would highly recommend their services.

We could not be happier with our new laminate, tile, and carpet from Westvalley! This was a major project to replace carpet on two floors with laminate, install new carpet in two stairwells, and replace tile in three bathrooms. Christopher, our sales rep, was extremely helpful and patient as we decided on products and was able to easily answer all of our questions. Ejder (carpet), Greg (tile), and Chris (laminate) were punctual, friendly, honest, and professional and their pride in workmanship really shows. Christopher at West Valley helps us decide what works for us especially when it comes to changing our main floor to vinyl. He explained using the transition between the gap of our hardwood floor and vinyl floor & matching vent. He is knowledgeable & showrooms full of samples to choose.
Ejder installed our carpets in our four bedrooms and hallway beautifully! He had to move our furnitures from each rooms to the side before working on it.
He did all the heavy duty work by himself!
Chris installed our main floor with vinyl & his workmanship are seen by finished work!
Ejder & Chris cleaned up after they finished their work & we appreciate their professionalism & hardwork.

Edger who installed the carpet did an amazing job, stayed until 10AM at night to complete, we had brand new paint in our home and he completed work without damaging walls in any way. Recently my wife and myself decided to replace the flooring in our kitchen, nook area, sunroom and ensuite bathroom. We paid a visit to Westvalley flooring in the Creekside shopping center in N. W. Calgary. We dealt with a very nice young man Christopher Lefor. He gave us a lot of information and ideas and we took home some samples. We then had Christopher come over to our home to give us some ideas and to measure the job to provide us with a estimated cost. A couple of days later he sent us a very detailed estimate.
We decided to have Westvalley install our new vinyl plank flooring.
The instillation was done by Levi Chites and Zac MacDonald. We were 100% satisfied with the instillation and the cost of the new flooring. Our home is now a more modern home. I purchased carpet and luxury vinyl planking from Cory because he took the time to understand my design/budget/timing criteria. He went above and beyond by measuring my home himself and calculating the material required to reduce wastage.

The installers (Eg & Moe) themselves were highly skilled. The carpet was expertly installed and my staircase is beautifully done. The edges of the steps were neatly wrapped and the stringer was a great touch to enhance the beauty. The luxury vinyl planking looks outstanding and the seams are nice and tight. The custom molding for the top of the basement staircase shows they truly believe in quality.

Westvalley Carpet and flooring provided us with excellent customer service (Tim) from the time we chose our flooring through to installation (Curtis and crew). Tim was knowledgeable on the flooring options and it was pleasure to work with him. Curtis and his crew were professional and courteous and did a great job. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with all aspects of the installation.

Very easy to work with. The installer, Adel did a fantastic job, and was very respectful of my home (walls, floors) while doing the installation and finished in a very timely manner. I'm very satisfied with everything from cost to completion, and will absolutely be using them again for our top floor.

We use State Farm Insurance for our home. We had a kitchen flood, and State Farm contacted TAF Restorations. The TAF team came out quickly to dry things out, make the home safe, removed damaged wet items and really made us feel cared for and protected.

After the cleanup TAF engaged West Valley Carpet and Flooring to repair our floor. And in the process found other issues and complications. West Valley resolved all those items installing a new sub floor and tiles. It looks fantastic. It looked fantastic before, but now it looks really good.

The trades people were very friendly and helpful, nice people. The salesman was very accommodating as we selected tiles, at one point I think we had 40 laid out, process of elimination, the wife chose the tile she said she would never choose.

The tile quality of work is fantastic! I would only use West Valley going forward. We are now working with West Valley to replace our carpets.

Lastly, choosing your insurance company shouldn't be who has the lowest cost. Ft Mac fires and Calgary Flood taught Albertans that lesson. I hope you never need to make a claim, but if you do, you going to wish you had selected the right company. All State has been so caring and helpful in this time of need.

We used West Valley to carpet our whole home when we moved in. We couldn't be happier! Cory Morneau (North Store) met with us several times and was very informative and patient. The pricing was as good or better than other companies we tried. And the installation team did a wonderful job. Ejder was professional, friendly, and did excellent work, and was also flexible on finishing the basement to work around some other renos going on. Overall we were very happy!

Very happy with the work provided by Westvalley, and their team executed amazingly. Albino has a fantastic eye for symmetry and ensured that the tiles all met a strict OCD persons standards (me). The way he laid them out made sure the edges and the cabinets were well thought out for full tiles/half tiles. Albino is a VERY thoughtful artist - and extremely personable.
