Extremely good experience here. Joined waitlist on a very busy Saturday of Black Friday weekend. Technician was thorough, helpful & patient, even near closing time following several very busy days. Lowered our rate plans & set me up on a new Samsung Galaxy device. Good experience.
Waste and useless. Waste of time. Long wait, inspire of waiting the representative could not explain the offer.he explained hardly 15 mins with 1 offer after waiting in queue for 1.5 hours.
We had a very complicated plan switch with multiple lines, and Maulik was amazing at getting everything sorted. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out, I highly recommend speaking with him if you need a new cell phone or plan
Placed my name on a waitlist and left Costco as I was done shopping. Got a call that they are ready to assist me but I have to be present. I only have a question/inquiry and he's unable to assist me. It doesn't make sense why I have to be in the store just to ask a question when he's on the phone with me and can easily answer a simple question. This is a poor customer service.
I went to check the deals. Not happy with the deal, said to him not going ahead with the deal. My number is still in the order. I couldn’t get a deal with the virgin as it shows I have upgraded the phone. Called The rep to cancel the order, But said he is very busy to cancel the order. Called many times, he disconnected the phone. And he didn’t give specific time line also when he would remove the order. Very disappointed. I Wish could give zero stars.
Service was great! We found a really good deal for a new iphone and we were greeted and welcomed with kindness. We felt very comfortable purchasing a new phone! Would highly recommend!
Anoop was amazing. I needed to get my replacement phone set up.he spent over an hour and a half making sure I had all data and files transferred.helped me package my old phone. Costco should be extremely proud of having this fellow at the wireless phone area. I am not good at technology.he set my fears aside by connecting me to the internet without questions.excellent customer service

Today we had the pleasure of having Shahood as our representative at Costco at the phone booth, he was very cooperative and gave us the best costumer service that he could. He was very easy to talk too and understood our wants and needs which worked in our best interest. After standing in a 15 minute line-up, my Mom and I got shuffled between not one, not two, but THREE separate sales associates while they attempted to segregate providing service to their walk-up customers and their pre-booked appointments. Kinda annoying, especially when each associate needed to pass along my information verbally to the next associate to save me from repeating myself. Each hand-off was very inefficient and ultimately contributed to a very long line-up of customers. Overall, the staff was friendly but there was no sense of urgency or coordination throughout the process of purchasing our 2 new phones; a job that took 3 employees and approximately 1 hour to complete from the time we were initially served by the first associate. By the time they were done filling out the phone contracts, the line-up of customers waiting to be served spanned the entire length of the aisle. But instead of letting us finally leave and helping the next person. "WAIT! Please fill out this survey! "
I don't know what's worse. The fact that they thought we received good customer service and would leave positive feedback, or the fact that they care more about a stupid survey than taking care of their mile-long line-up of customers waiting to be served. Good grief!
