As always Greg G is the best in town to deal with! His knowledge and expertise is second to none, as his patience while doing his job. Always trying to help with every customer staff and just people stopping and randomly asking questions shows his professionalism to the max. Greg has been my go to guy for abot 10 years now and if he is still around. 20 more! Thanks again Greg many times over!

Although it appears the kiosk is understaffed, I and other customers I observed while waiting received the employees’ undivided attention and thorough, competent service. Today I was able to exchange a new phone that was incompatible with my parent’s hearing aids for one that functioned well with the associated app. I was given the same thoughtful care and attention today as previously despite it being my second lengthy visit this month.

Best plan I could find in town. Was able to shop while I waited my turn and the staff were very kind and patient for a busy day!

We are from close to Calgary, but we often have to go to Lethbridge.

We stopped at the mobile kiosk at Costco to look for 2 new cell phones for my husband and I. Kevin was working today and what an AWESOME young man. Very helpful, very honest but most of all, he seem to know what he was talking and could answer all of our questions.

Even though we didn't get new phones at this time, because they didn't have the phones we wanted, we will definitely just go back to the Lethbridge location over any locations closer to us because customer service was THAT great!

Stood there for nearly an hour waiting to be served. The guy with glasses working the desk was serving another woman, and in that time he said maybe 2 words total to her whilst he tapped on the tablet and played with his phone. Finally, after 45 minutes, he leaned over to ask if we needed assistance (duh), and then said it'd be a short wait. We finally decided to leave after nearly an hour had passed and it was clear he wasn't going to be serving us anytime soon.

A truly incredible lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I honestly don't understand how this person has managed to keep their job. I've always picked up my phone's from this kiosk in the past, but I think we're just going to go directly to Bell from now on if our time is going to just get wasted.

Given the time of year, the place was very busy but the staff were fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very helpful!

Everyone is truly amazing and super knowledgeable. Greg and Brody helped greatly love them. Highly recommend

FANTASTIC customer service!

It was a very bad experience. I talked to this employee a week ago and he told me about something and I go there and he told me something else. It was my turn for him to take me and he took a different customer. I waited over a hour. He made me very disappointed.
