Tom, the manager I believe is his position, was the kindest person ever. Very understanding and so respectful. Allen is who looked after me initially is also a respectful and helpful staff member. If it were not for Tom, I believe i would have been a complete wreck. Be a senior which I cannot deny and totally dumb with technology and at a complete loss with a malfunctioning ph. Tom, without hesitation was beyond understanding. There was another staff member there who I had spoken to initially on the ph. He may be a new employee but did not have the efficiency that Tom has and Allen does too. Had it not been for Tom I believe I would have never gone back to a Costco kiosk and for the several years have only dealt with Costco. In fact I was going to put a complaint in after dealing with the person before Tom. Glad to have had this great service provided to me and kuddos to Tom. I shall continue with Costco. Thank you.

Told us we would be 3rd on the list for a call back. And after 45min of hanging around, we went and asked about timing and they had forgot to put us on the list. And then they sent a text telling me I was 3rd on the list for a call back. We chose to leave and buy through Bell.

The fellows working at the kiosk today worked non-stop for the three hours I was there. Smiles on faces, pleasant and knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Thanks for the great service. That’s where I will go for all of my phone needs from now on.

My wife and I upgraded our cellphones at Red Deer Costco. Tom was very knowledgeable answering all of questions. He transferred everything from our old phones to our new phones. Prices for our new plans were very good. We also loved the promotion of getting Costco bucks back.

Great experience upgrading my phone. The new Bell portal system was super slow but Tom switched over to the old portal and things went smoothly after that. Knowledgeable staff and great service.

Stood in line for 2 hours on Saturday, November 20 only to be told that they did not have the iPhone 13 Pro or Pro Max available. No signs were posted stating that the iPhone 13 pro/pro max was unavailable. What a waste of a Saturday.
