I wouldn’t give one star. The customer service representative was very rude judgemental and wouldn’t hardly answer queries with rolled eyes. They were smiling and seems like making fun of our purchase we were there to upgrade phone and shop for Black Friday offers. We did update address online and had proper information but couldn’t load profile as we were told it take 24 hours to update. They were more interested in new client may be for better commision. They wouldn’t benefit helping me with my question also may be they did go by our skin colour not every brown skin colour understand so called their language they said hello in their own languages I didn’t understand anything but I could read thier body language. One of the worst experience. I was there for twice to inquire about phone. They need to learn to be respectful.

Bought new phone at Costco, and Prince helped me find a good deal, was very courteous. It was a lot to change - very grateful!

I truly do not understand why you would speak poorly about a customer right in front of them. Save your comments and snickering for after work. Saving this from a one star was the other gentleman who worked there who was actually helpful instead of being extremely rude.

The woman working here at 10 am sat Jan 28,2023 was absolutely miserable. She cracked my phone screen so much more than than it was and basically said too bad…. Walked away to keep my cool, came back and she basically rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. Dealt with another employee who finished my transaction.

Really poor communication skills. He did not address any of my questions nor answered any of my concerns. Not friendly environment and lack of information. Very unpleased with service.

Always so happy to get my phone here. Cheerful, helpful service and good advice. Lauryn is an exemplary employee:)

I have to say dealing with Andrew at the Costco kiosk was amazing. He made it seamless. This the second phone we got through him. He is knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Complete gong show trying to get help here.arrived at 7 pm.huge lines.two people helping customers.tried using the cue system.was 23 in line and after a hour dropped to only 18.store closed and still 7 away at 8: 40.need to streamline things here guys!

Stephanie was really helpful in getting me the deal. More than being helpful She was very patient, a good listener, and a cool attitude rep and definitely deserves more than five star rating. The only reason I’m giving the 4 Staar is because of the unpleasant experience I have had with another rep Bhavni (vinny) who was not very pleasant in her behaviour and attitude, from giving, sarcastic replies to my qualities and rolling eyes. She even admitted that she is behaving that way because of my way of asking question and then I refuse to take any service from her and went to Stephanie. The whole surprise was that she admitted that she was being sarcastic and rude in her replies, because I was asking questions about the deals and devices. I hope she learn better management and customer service skills and I can totally recommend getting some good course or online training

Except for the very long wait in line to get served, the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Terrible experience. The person standing there is not really interested in providing any info. Not sure why hide the plans? If the person at kiosk is busy then just list the plans available. Don’t need to wait for him to respond.

I sent a text with name to be in line. I didn't know there would be further questions before I was placed in line. It was 2.5 hours and then the last phone I wanted was given to the person ahead of me. Now sale is over.

Was very long wait but was very glad to see great patients by the gentleman helping an 83 year old male front of me explain the function of an phone and showing him to use ect.although I felt was long it was very ensuring to see the service proved by Mbuyu Dainne which is very rare these days!

Absolute terrible customer service. Saturday morning and 1 person working and 2 people waiting in line. Virtual queue was not mentioned until 45 minutes in line. Then was told that another person would be staring and we were removed from the virtual queue for no reason. Will never deal with this location again.
