Excellent Service! Costco Mobility was having a Black Friday Sale and I was the last customer of the evening and Sukhvir (mobile specialist) provide exceptional customer service. He had worked a long day, however he made time to answer questions, share his knowledge and experience and offered me an excellent deal on the iPhone 13 and a cell phone plan. As he said “I want to make sure your happy with the phone and plan - you will be the one using it everyday”. Also, Jaspreet (mobility specialist) and Sukhvir made the wait time (filling out paper work) entertaining and humorous. I will be referring Costco mobility to my friends and family.
