This is my first time try to find a deal with Mobile Costco and end up with a very bad experience with one of the sale person. I forgot to ask his name. All I remember he's look like a Asia guy with white skin and he's base at 12450 - 149 ST NW, Edmonton, AB. He talk mean and not polite to me, sound to me like he got no patience to serve me. So end up I just walk away with no deal at all. That's happened on Boxing day 26/12/2023.
Steven at the Yellowhead location was very patient and knowledgeable. He worked with us to get us a really good deal and even helped us understand how upcoming deals could benefit us, even if we purchased today. He worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Awesome service.
Amazing service today buying and setting up a new cell phone. Very busy kiosk due to Black Friday super sales but 4 people working moved everyone alone very well. Will def be a repeat customer for future cell phones
Put my name in line for general inquiry and called some one name after me. Waited for long time. And did not get a text message my turn. Very disapointed.

The lineups for Black Friday sales were legendary! I just spent 4 hours waiting in the store today to get new phones for my family. Seems like there could have been a better system to expedite orders? Deals were amazing and customer service great once you got to it.
Steve (n) was fantastic. We have dealt with another team in another city for a lot of years. I was nervous to switch after we moved. Nervous no more. Quick and easy service. Even the initial wait was pretty painless, being black Friday and all. Thanks so much.

Great service, Mubarak was stuck working with us for quite sometime switching from a corporate account to a consumer account and switching everything over. I can't say enough good things about him. Steven was also great to talk too and helpful through the process. Keep up the great work fellas!
If you read the below it is my first review. I was really disappointed. But They called me immediately from Costco and Wireless. Mubarak is manager there and he is unbelievable. He solved our issue and they worked hard to make us happy. I also should mention that again Nima did all of our work again for us and she was patient. We understand that sales is not easy and these misunderstandings can happen all the times. Now I believe their service deserve 5 star.

When I made the purchase, I was informed by Nima that I had a 3-month window for potential returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, after only 22 days, I found a better deal at a sister company, Rogers, which was also $30 cheaper and included a better phone. Naturally, I approached Nima to discuss the possibility of an exchange or a resolution.
The issue arose when Nima's response seemed to contradict the information I initially received. She stated that the 3-month return/exchange policy was limited to accessories, not the phone itself. This unexpected response left me feeling frustrated and confused, as I believed I was acting within the terms communicated during my initial purchase.
While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, I believe that customer service interactions should be respectful and attentive to customer concerns. In this case, I felt that my concerns were not fully acknowledged, and the exchange was less than satisfactory.
As a loyal customer of Fido for over 3 years, I had expected a more positive and accommodating experience, especially given the competitive landscape between Fido and Rogers. While I believe in offering constructive feedback, I hope that future interactions can be more aligned with customer expectations and provide accurate information from the start.

Extremely rude and poor customer service- we have been executive costco member from last 5 years and never had this kind of terrible service. Nimo was so rude and unhelpful- will never be back at this store or recommend to anyone. I would suggest costco training employees better.
