Awesome service, changed 5 phone numbers increasing my plans and saved money

Too many details left off the Costco website regarding pricing, which phone provider is participating in the sale and the offered Costco gift cards. Felt a bit scam like to get you in store.

The only concern is the long wait (40 minutes) for 5 minutes of their time. Maybe they should have someone dedicated to help people who are not signing up for a new phone.

He paid attention to what I was needing, detail oriented, explained me plan, gave attention, and how I could use the best and moreover, was very professional.
I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Please hire more staff. Only 1 staff member available. He was busy helping someone else. I stood there waiting for 30 minutes. After he was done he just ignored us and helped someone who came after us. Totally irresponsible behavior. Wasn't even able to talk to him.
There is virtual line system, no one cares to follow. Probably should take those bar codes off from the kiosk.
