He knows how to turn it all around and he has phenomenal knowledge on the on the cell phone and how to fix it He's genuinely deserves promotion and raise. I'm a tough cookie. We were served by Abhi. Personal and attentive service to our specific needs. I came in to help a younger fellow that is a friend of mine and I'm his Elder. We had specific needs and we're not judged for it. We knew what we wanted to buy and this place never pushed anything else on us. The service was awesome, very friendly and very professional. This is one of the best cell phone places I've ever been to. I would use it more often, but I don't live close to this place. If you live close to this place, I highly recommend this place. The place was clean and the staff were very helpful. Prior to coming here we went to another place and they kept trying to sell us something else. We knew what we wanted and this place acknowledged our needs and sold us what we wanted.no pushy sales tactics here. I'd give them 10 Stars. I have been dealing with Manit Tandon from last few years. My family and friends always go to him for any wireless needs. Not only he provides you the best deals but also great service as he is very helpful.

Very lovely staff, I was unable to get the repair but the staff impressed me.:) I will be returning to that store to get services and repairs done. Nice gentleman and nice woman, who were working on March 7 between 6 and 8 PM. Congratulations on a job well done in servicing people. I will be returning to give you my business just don't know if it will be March 8 or later in march.

I cannot recommend Wireless Wave highly enough. Came in for a new phone case, got talking to Manit about my current phone bill, and he was able to LOWER my payments while getting me a new iPhone 14. They also paid off my existing balance on my previous iPhone, gave me a $200 credit towards the last phone bill for my other provider, AND I got a free Samsung tablet. This was all for a Black Friday deal so don’t walk - RUN to your nearest location before this promotion runs out! Thanks again to Manit and his team

The Apple Tech Oscar did an amazing job fixing my Iphone 12 screen. It was a fast and very friendly service! Got my phone fixed in less than an hour without losing anything on my phone! Highly recommended for any apple phone repairs!

Yesterday, I went to Kingsway Mall Wireless wave across from the Disney Store. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan.

When I came to see Jonathan he listened to me, not just to hear me but he genuinely listened to me. Being that I came in too late the service provider was closed so I returned today. He recognized me and my husband, addressed us by name. My account was a mess at Bell. So Jonathan worked magic, it took 2 hrs, and yes he helped others when we were waiting on Bell, but he really made my day. We laughed, he was willing to stay late if he had to, and he took his time reviewing all of the contract (so rare). He went above and beyond, he has great product knowledge (I put him to the test) and he genuinely knows how to make the customer service experience amazing!

Jonathan is such a great asset to Wireless Wave! I will only go to see Jonathan from now on. I will be sending tons of people his way!

Really bad service, be aware, the accessories sale from this store has only 14 days warranty. I bought a wireless charger, brand name Mophie for my phone at $49.99. After just a month and half, it stop working, brought it back, they refused cover by warranty. Never come back again for anything. I just throw it away and buy a new one (at other store, of course)

Can’t pick up demo phones to test cameras etc. How do you expect customer to buy something without trying it?
