Absolutely the best experience ever when getting a new account for my daughter. The lady that was helping us was sooo sweet, she even offered to order us food cause it was taking longer than expected. She brought us chairs to sit on. Thank-you so much! I didn't get her name unfortunately but thanks so much for everything!

My truck was stolen and the criminal had my wallet and was galevanting all around using my identity to finance phones which he would then pawn.

This store had an employee who smelt somthing fishy and went out of their way to call me to inform me of someone attempting to use my identity. This led to the apprehension of the individual, and the recovery of my truck and wallet.

I appreciate this more than I can express. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fahad helped me and my husband get two new phones yesterday. He stayed past closing, transfered all our data and install our screen protectors. Everything was working great when we finished. This is the second time we bought phones from wirelesswave. My entire family is your customer from today onwards. My 3 daughter purchased iphone 14 from fahad in the month of June that was our first visit to wirelesswave. We were already impressed by his customer service. My parents will be buying phone from wirelesswave again in the month of December when parents contracts are due for renewal.

Amazing service! We arrived very close to closing time but Anmol and Fahad didn't make us feel rushed and were very pleasant and helpful the whole time. Answered all our questions and it was an overall very enjoyable experience.

Excellent customer service by fahad, we upgraded our phone to iphone 14 pro max from him, he was so polite, professional, explained us everything in great details about our new plans, I will definitely be visiting wireless wave for all my cell phone needs in future.

I’m not sure if Rhea still works there as I have not seen her. I do not like the new people that work there, very intimidating with less knowledge. But I am giving it a 5 star because I will never forget how Rhea managed to lower my bills for our family plans. She is the best! I hope she’s still around.

My husband and I visited wirelesswave today and Fahad-manager of the store assisted us in the best way he could. We really appreciate his efforts of dealing with our situation and providing us with the best solutions. He was so fabulous in his profession that the whole building was emptied out and the mall was closed for the day, but he stayed for us to sort out the situation. We are greatly helpful for his help today.

I came to this location the staff name Erlyn was helpful, kind and approachable highly recomended.

Airra was so nice and helpful! She helped me with pre ordering my phone and answered all my questions nicely. Had a smooth transaction as well when I picked up my phone and gave me a good deal as well. Would definitely recommend getting a phone/line at this store!

We had a lady name Aida help us, we came in later on in the day, and had some troubles doing what we needed to do, but Aida was amazing! She stayed super late with us to make sure everything went through properly, she was super happy and bubbly, even though we were all running out of patience (3 dropped calls over the course of almost 2 hours). She definitely went above and beyond in everyway! Thank you Aida, from myself, my husband and our son! ️

Prinz is an exceptional manager, thoroughly professional and responsive from start to finish of the process as I was very skeptical with what to get due to some complex issues I have had in the past but Prinz dealt it impressively. I am very happy with the experience and would highly recommend!
