Love this place! John gave me the sweetest deal on an iPhone 13 Pro Max! I ended up walking away paying less money than I was with my current iPhone 11! Wirelesswave Lloydmall has been my wife and I's go to place for our mobility and accessories for years. They provide great customer service and go above and beyond to make sure everything have been switched properly and up to date. Kudos to Mercida who's been running the store for some years. She's our go to for our business and personal needs. Excellent management and always getting us great deals!

I've been dealing with wirelesswave Lloydminster for so many years and the people who work there was very accommodating I give a thumbs up spevially to Mercida who always ready to help me everytime I have a question on my phone and provider very good post customer service!

Needed a phone on a Sunday, were 2 girls working both were setting up phones when I walked up took them 45 minutes to set them up and they were already working on them when I arrived, than a hr for for them to set up mine. Brutally slow if you need a phone and their busy make sure you got the day. If something else was open I definitely would have walked out. Won't ever return.

**update: the manager called us and said my husband could come in and exchange is phone for an actual $0 phone so we wouldn't have to pay the $30 per month. So even though it was past the return date, he was able to return it**

Horrible experience. They only had one person working there who was completely untrained and had two of her friends hanging around. We were waiting for almost an hour before we were acknowledged and then, when she heard our problem, she proceeded to help someone else who got there about half an hour after us. Then when she got to us again she didn't know what to do so she spent the whole time on the phone getting instructions remotely.

I had bought a phone and was told that I had two weeks to bring it back if I was unsatisfied. So I was bringing it back a week later and they had no stock to actually exchange the phone. I then compromised on what phone I wanted because she said if I waited for new stock I would be out of luck and would have to pay for the exchange. Then, after almost 2 hours of being there, she said I would have to pay an extra $30 a month extra for the different phone. This was a surprise to us because my husband had got the same phone from them and was not told about this extra fee.

So not only am I stuck with a phone that I am unsatisfied with, we find out that my husband is paying an extra $30 that he was unaware of.

The young man who works here is a boss no lies beat customer service worker I have met in a long time!
