This store has such a bad survice i was suppose to recive my gift card 6 months ago and we recived 2 gift card that dont work and when ever we call them or go to the store they say "unfortnately we dont know when were reciving it".

Went into this wireless wave looking for a new phone plan and ended up getting a way better phone plan than I had before. The associate that helped me was named Jasbelle and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She walked me through exactly everything that was going to happen during the phone plan change. Would highly recommend this location.

Changed my plans for two phones. Service was for over 6 hours
Did not leave until 1030pm. I had two customer care yet didn't know how to reverse the phone lines. Yet they promised à credit of $250.3 months later nothing was given. I ended up with $50 over payment a month, they lied and crewed my plan after they explained it with lies and I signed trusting them, Now I m stuck for 2 years with worse plan due to unprofessional skills.

It was a Thursday night around 730. Nore (apologies if this is the wrong spelling) was by herself and had 4 people in line ahead of me. I was in a hurry and needed a new phone for the next day as mine broke. She helpled everyone with a smile and professionalism despite being obviously very busy and having impatient customers in line including myself. I was frustrated with the waiting period but had seen how she was treating everyone so I decided to wait it out. Needless to say by the time it was my turn the time was now 915 PM and the store/mall closed at 9. With a smile on her face Nore asked me how she could help me. I indicated that it was past 9 and if she was still able to help me? With no hesitation she replied'' off course'' and not to worry about the time. She helped me get my new phone up and running within 30 minutes. She went above and beyond to get all my requirements met and all with a smile and professional work attitude. I hope she knows that she was a huge help to me that evening and I hope she continues to be the way she is with whomever she has to deal with at work. IT goes a LONG way nowadays. Thank you Nore for all your help.
