Upgraded my last few phones with wireless wave, always seamless and easy. Recently I dealt with Karan, he went over and above for customer service. He explained everything with me so it was clear, arranged a time to switch everything over for me and even stayed late to finish the transaction and paperwork. Would highly recommend them as I always have, go see Karan for any of your cellphone needs. 5/5 ️

I drove out of my way to buy my fourth phone from the Great Manager at Wireless Wave. Great customer service and he always finds me the best deals. Threw in a set of earbuds to make my experience complete. Dude deserves a raise for his commitment to customer satisfaction.
