I have received an excellent service from Nathan and his team during my winter tires installation. Very quick turnaround from the tires receival at store to installing them on my BMW X5.

I am pretty satisfied with the service. They are very responsive and easy to work with. You can get the best deal for tires and rims in the town.

I've known about 1010 Tires for a while but never used them and that is unfortunate. The experience from purchasing tires online to booking the appointment and finally the install at the location I choose was fantastic! They had the best prices, selection and great online tools to make the process easy and painless. I will not hesitate to use them next time I need new tires.

Well priced tires, and significantly cheaper tire install costs than I've dealt with at other shops. Which for me was a huge bonus. Very quick install times as well. Most places I've been to take upwards of an hour and a half, but with 1010tires I was out in about 40 minutes. Absolutely would recommend. And will be back in the spring to buy all seasons

Great service and got me in a bit before my appointment. They had the right size tires for our Mercedes as it has two different sizes. And I like that they can store our winter tires in there warehouse for a small fee.

I have purchased a set of snow tires and a set of custom wheels. They have all the accessories in stock that you might need.

I ordered online and had my tires shipped to this location, they were delivered and installed quickly and the service was great. Definitely would recommend this place and will come back for future needs.:)

EDIT: First of all, Mr. Hendry or Blair, not Henry. Thanks for dumbing it down, but the leak on the front was also a bead seal from what I was told from the technician. Mast have been totally different though. I said sure when I was asked if I would like to have it checked for a leak, I knew if there was one on that wheel is was so slow I likely would be fine until I buy new tires in a few months. I wasn't concerned about it but was curious if it had a leak at all after the check was offered in a complimentary manner. If it had been brought to my attention I would have considered it according to the price. Doing the work without permission is simply terrible practice.

ORIGINAL: Not the best communication and my billing makes no sense.

Had a tire swapped on a rim, and it was $31. I asked the tech to check if the back tire had a slow leak as I only was certain about the front.

Instead of letting me know the result and letting me decide how to proceed. (I wouldn't have) they redid the bead and charged %25 more than the other tire I had swapped. It's no more work, the only difference was the same tire was going back on, or I could have asked for my other tire to be mounted.

Doing work without having the conversation and arbitrary pricing which doesn't logically make sense are two reasons I won't go back. The price wasn't what was discussed and the additional work was lumped at a surplus without my consent.

Lots of options out there, I'd choose another.

I had a tire going flat during work, and found the location of the nail embedded in it. So, started to hit the closest places around me.

Upon arrival at the Burnaby Costco near Production Way, the usual two days at least.

Then drove to Kal Tire Coquitlam, on Lougheed Hwy by Hwy 1. They had repaired one before. Unfortunately, super slammed with winter mounts and could get to it until Monday.

Then immediately called the Canadian Tire location nearby, as if was 4pm, and got the usual guy say, "I've already wrapped up, so can't touch it until Mon or Tues". They always say, "I'm all wrapped up, blah, blah. "

THAT is one of the reasons I stopped getting ANY vehicle or tire repair at Canadian Tire.

So as I'm driving back home, I happen to notice 10 10 Tires on Lougheed Hwy across from CT. I go in and Jay introduces himself as I explain my situation. He looks around, checks a couple people ahead of me, and says, "I can possibly get to it by 5: 30, if that's OK? "

I'm thinking THAT'S GREAT!
At 5: 25, they are done pulling tire and rim off, have repaired the hole and I've paid for it!

Yep! THAT is you roll customers.

Quick, friendly service at a super convenient location. They also provide seasonal tire storage, for a reasonable price.

I've bought many sets of tires here over the years. The other day they helped me out, I had one wheel where the tire kept losing air. I took the wheel off of my car and dropped it off. They were swamped with work, I went late in the day to see if they took the tire off and reinstalled it. At that time they hadn't, the guy at the front went and asked one of his guys to do it right away. 5 minutes later came out with it and didn't charge me for it.

They didn't need to do that but did it anyways as I said they were swamped. First class way to deal with things, I recommend 1010 Tires, you can't go wrong.

Got my winter tires mounted quickly and they are super easy to work with.

I thought one of my wheels came out of balance 3 months after mounting and they booked me in next day to get it looked at no questions asked. Ended up being something unrelated to the wheels completely.

I've been coming to the Coquitlam store for probably 10years. I've bought tires and wheels for different vehicles I've had and these guys know what they're doing.

Staff was friendly and they got my tires done in a timely manner, which was great! The guy in the shop was helpful and helped grab the tires from another vehicle, as they wouldn’t fit in my car.thank you!
However I was quoted $25/per tire to put on my winter tires and was charged $30.99/per tire. Was not impressed that the cost was more than I expected. For future I’ll go to Costco as they only charge $18.99/per tire. Overall was a total of $60 more than what Costco would have charged me to switch my tires over.

This place just amazing.
I had nail in my tire and other places won’t help me, due to tire changes because of snowfall.
This place accept me and everything was done super fast. I won’t need tires soon, but I will be loyal to this place.

My first time to this place, super close to where I live and I saw the good reviews. Discovered a slow leak in one of my tires and went in as a walk in customer (Thursday midday) and they found a nail in it and patched it in less than 20 minutes. Great experience, thanks! My car is pretty new, but when it needs new tires I’ll go to 1010.

Highly recommend this place to anyone! Eric and the rest of the staff were super helpful - my friends and I got a flat tire and this shop was the only one in the area that were willing to help on such short notice. They were very quick on their services and were super helpful throughout the process.

Service was good, workers were friendly. Their prices were better than anything local by 10-20%.

This was my second time at this establishment after quite sometime. This time to install new wheels. Eric was very helpful, friendly and professional and took the time to point out any issues and kept me informed during the process. Overall a very positive experience and will go back there again.

I highly recommend this Coquitlam location. Eric and the rest of the staff had top notch customer service. I purchased a set of Continental DWS 06 Plus for my Porsche 911 C4. I got greeted on time by Eric and 4 staff members with low pro jacks ready to get working on my car. The foreman Juanito went over and beyond and cleaned my wheels and lugs and as well fixed an overthread (free of charge). I will definitely be buying any future tires from Eric and I will suggest to all my friends and family to support the 1010 Tires Coquitlam location. Thank you Eric!

Only place I’ll take my cars to for tires. The best no question. All the 1010 shops are great, and can work with my lowered Tesla!

I cannot recommend a better tyre shop. The folks here are great at what they do and will be able to help with all your tyre needs and questions, including aftermarket requirements.

Jay at 1010 Tires Coquitlam was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. Super friendly, patient, knowledgeable about tires and wheels, as I asked him alot of questions about my next purchase. I was there to get snow tires on my vehicle. (Hours before a snow storm).

I called a few days ago, and although they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, they were able to order them and book me an appointment within a few days. Arrived there thinking it would be nuts because of the snow (and I am sure they are nuts), but the we were there, there was only one other customer waiting, so it was super safe for Covid times.

I was in an out of the shop within 50 minutes, with my new snow tires on, and left with a really good feeling about Jay and the others at 1010 Tires. I will be using them exclusively from now on for tires and wheels. Thanks Jay for your great customer service and professionalism!

When I left, I picked up my car and drove to the entrance to pick up my (senior) mom at the door, because there was alot of ice in the parking lot. As she was getting into the car, a staff member from the store came out and held her elbow to help her get into my car.

Ordered some Aquapel for my windshield and it was delivered pretty quickly and was around half-price what you'd normally see on Amazon. Overall satisfied with my first and so far only experience with 1010Tires.

Had winter tires put on by this location. The tires are directional and two of them were put onto the rims backwards.
Called in and spoke with Nathan who didn't apologize for the error just said to bring it in to get it fixed. While fixing their error they broke off one of the lug nuts. They refused to pay to fix it and said it's my expense to fix.
I'd avoid going to 1010 tires. Their customer service is non existent and my grandma could do better service work then they do. Not work the headaches that come with dealing with them.

I would likely never buy tires from a shop that does not also possess mechanical expertise again. Unfortunately for me, getting my new tires and wheels put on coincided with two of my brake calipers seizing up. This was NOT 1010Tires fault, it was just bad luck. Because of the seized calipers I experienced significant vibrations and speed wobble. Given that the vibrations appeared the very first time driving the freeway with my new tires, I assumed it had to be related. 1010 believed so too. They said that the tires were out of balance and that they would rebalance them. They rebalanced them, but the problem persisted. I returned 4 more times, they continued to say they were out of balance and rebalanced them again and again. After the fifth visit they put a brand new set of tires on. Again, same thing. I wanted to believe they could fix the issue, which is why I kept coming back, but after six visits I lost faith. I went to Subaru and they diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. What would have been a simple fix if identified in a timely manner resulted in a significant service bill. The crew at 1010 tried their best to fix the issue and they did invest time in the matter, but they just simply did not have the knowledge.

Knowledgeable staff, good price, good service. My initial wheels didn't fit quite right with the brakes, but they found a solution quickly with no nonsense.

BEWARE! OLD TIRES!
I just purchased 4 new tires online and picked them at the local 1010tires store on Aug 20. One of them was made 2 years ago, and one was made 18 months ago. Maybe, I'm still a lucky man because the customer service told me: 'Some tires we sell are 5-7 years old and it's considered "fresh"' (exactly the words from email). If you want to buy it from here, then good luck:)

Solid choice for a set of tires, and their seasonal tire storage is genuinely useful and a good deal.

Eric went above and beyond helping me with my tire installation.originally, my tire was suppose to arrive on friday but came earlier and he let me know so that it could be fixed just in time for my trip. The whole process was smooth and easy. Recommend this location and Eric, thanks again!

Giving 3 stars because the service and pricing was good and most of the guys I’ve spoke with at the shop were cool. The guy at the front desk that helped me get my tires changed on Tuesday was rude and off putting. Needs to work on his professionalism.

Needed new tires for a 2009 C63. Got in touch with Eric from 1010tires and he was able to get a hold of the tires in a extremely efficient manner and provide customer service that I would regard a world class.

He's the go to guy if you ever need tires and I'll be sure to recommend all my friends and family to for all future services regarding tires or wheels.

Short of one annoying mistake one of the guys made, which left me showing up only to learn they sold my tires off (they did make up for it thought, which was good), I totally recommend this place. Good prices, solid selection.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service - both Jay and Nathan were very helpful from start to finish.

Bought a couple sets of tires for my cars, the front counter guys were nice and Courteous, I dealt with a south Asian fellow he was very knowledgeable and helpful, made my decision that much easier. I would recommend checking out this place when you need tires and wheels.

Got tires installed today, service counter was great, they did break my center cap and were very quick to own up to it and get it fixed.

Since you replied I'll tell you what happened. I've spent approximately $7000.00 in tires and wheels there in the past few years. Most recent purchase was four new tires for my wife's car.
Just after dropping off our son at daycare she lost all air pressure in one of the front tires in seconds.
Almost causing her to crash. Car was towed to Mazda and upon inspection they said in writing that the TPMS valve was loose and not installed properly. These valves were clearly not checked when the new tires were installed by 10 10 Tires.

I took the receipts to the dealer looking to be reimbursed for the tow truck and new tire.

The guy who I dealt with said he would talk to the GM. Week lately told me they would do nothing.
Not their problem. Not their job to check the TPMS valves.

I've already taken my business across the road to KalTire. I've purchased multiple sets of tires and wheels for my truck and tires for my wife's car and this is the treatment I was given.

Brutal to say the least.
I would not let my family or friends do business there.

Went in.told to leave because they were going on lunch which is fine.came back guy took my information for what I was looking for, for my car and my sisters. We were gonna spend at least $6000 total for 2 sets of rims and tires and they never called me back. Horrible service

They were great when purchasing the tires and providing a quote, but after having them installed I had problems with my TPMS not reading the pressure of one tire. I came back to the store only to have one of the front desk workers be unable to get a reading from the tire and told me to go see my mechanic because he doesn't know what is wrong. After I left I e-mailed the manager and he just had the same worker call me back, again unhelpful on the phone, he said he would try and figure out what is wrong and call me back. He never did. I took my vehicle into another tire shop and discovered the tire was installed wrong.

Not recommended Verry poor customer service.

I've placed an order for a tire on November 20,2020 which guy in the front told me that they will be in the shop 3 to 5 business days which took month and a half (recieved tires on January 4th 2021) at first didn't heard anything from them for 2 weeks went down there to check if they missed it or something. Guy told me tires were on their way to shop, gave me 2 more days to wait Again, didn't heard anything from them for a week called them finally no help was provided. Manager promised me to give 20% off of my purchase when they receive tires. When I went for my tire change he was very rude and didn't even talked to me (I felt like he wanted me to leave there asap) And he gave me only 20% of of labour not the purchase (which is 20$) and same guy was like "there is nothing I can do"
I'm an easy going person paid and left but they should either change their employees or do something about their customer service.

Great deals. If you don't see something on their site but someone else has it, as them, more than likely they will be able to get it for you for better price. They did it for me. Love it, I saved $40 per wheel.

I booked an appointment days in advance to pickup tires and wheels. Before driving across town to pickup at the scheduled time I called to confirm they would be ready. Was told they they be ready in 25 minutes. Forty minutes later I arrive for pickup. They still aren't mounted. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. I asked for an updated and I was told the team had gone on a half hour lunch break. I let them know with some profanity that I would come back later when it was convenient for me. Don't tell me to drive across town to pickup tires if you are planning on making me sit in the waiting room because of how disorganized you are.

Absolutely amazing service. This is my second time coming to these guys for tires and the prices are always great and will actually have my tire size in stock. Highly recommended

I have used 1010 tires Coquitlam multiple times in the past for my race car. Recently brought my street car there to purchase tires and get them put on brand new in box work emotion CR Kiwami’s. The wheels were in brand new condition, still in the factory boxes when I arrived and left them with the shop. I picked them up about an hour later and put them in my vehicle and transported them home from the shop to put on my car (made sure they were secure and not going to move or get damaged as they are almost a $2500 CAD wheel set without tire cost included). I left them in the back of my vehicle and left for a 9 day vacation later that evening. Upon my return home I went to put the wheels on the car and noticed paint chipped off one of the wheels. Once I seen this I examined the rest of them and noticed 3 of the 4 had been damaged, one face had been damaged and 2 of them the rear barrels had 6-10 inch scrapes from careless use on the tire machine. I contacted the shop and they said once the wheels leave the premises they are no longer liable and that I should have inspected the wheels better. I agree I should have done my due diligence but when a shop specializes in tire installations the customer shouldn’t have to. Will not be returning in the future or recommending this business to friends or family any longer.

First time here though I've been to the Vancouver store on Marine drive. Shop here is just as good, guys were professional and quick. Will definitely bring future wheel/tire related work here again.

Salesman was good but when I went to go pick up my tires I was sent to the side of the building to the garage bay. When I got there I see the technician throwing my tires from the second flood down to the ground floor watch my tires bounce off the floor and hitting another customer vehicle. I feel bad for that customer the owns that car. Not very professional
