Not really good with phone customer service. Called in to inquire about winter tires but the guy I talked to was completely unmotivated and seemed like he hated his job. As we're ending the call, before I even say my thanks, he slams the phone down for no reason.
I bet the tire service in this place is good but customer service? Not so much. The guy needs more training.

I've been a customer for years and they consistently provide excellent service at competitive rates.

I recently purchased a set of Michelin tires for my Tesla from 1010 Tire Richmond. Initially, I faced issues with vibrations that even Tesla SC couldn’t rectify. However, Justin at 1010 Tire was incredibly helpful. He took the time to identify and resolve the problem. The entire staff was friendly and supportive. I highly recommend 1010 Tire Richmond.

Just wanted to say thank you to Justin and Derek for providing such a quick and professional tire swap on my car. They recommended me the continental dsw06+ set thats great on performance and price. My tires' cords were exposed and I needed a new set asap. Hats off to Justin and Derek!

I bought a set of Michelin tires less than a year ago at Richmond store. Derek spent his time and explained all the questions I had. His service was excellent. Couple weeks ago, I had a nail puncture in one of tires and it was unrepairable and not under warranty because it was too close to the sidewall.
After Derek's recommendation, I spoke with one of the Michelin reps and they offered me a goodwill (75% of the tire cost) but needed to be verified by the dealer.
I spoke with Derek and he was so helpful. He spoke with the Michelin rep after over an hour wait on the phone. He ordered me a tire and installed it on the same day. That was amazing service. Thank you Derek.

Been going here for years, since it was Volco Tires. The personnel may have changed but they’re always good with recommendations based on my needs and they work with me to get me in when I need them. All my cars, from my Audi TT, Range Rover Sport, Lexus GX, Porsche 944 Turbo, have all had their tires and mounting done here.

Had a great experience with Calvin, really professional and solve my problem quickly. Highly recommend Calvin for any tire problems.

A real deal in Nowsaday business.my fourth visit to Richmond location for a flat tire I purchased there less than a month ago. Getting my new snow tires set from 1010 and installed! Staff are amazing quick and reliable with deep knowledge with specs. Happy with its service.

Ordered winter tires and wheels from there mounted and balanced. Came in at my appointment time for the change over, car was put into the shop right away and was done in about 40 mins with no issues

Even though it was my first time attending the shop, I have to say they deserve an excellent review. I went to 3 shops this morning trying to get my tires topped up due to the cold weather, whereas the previous two shops refuse to help me out with this matter. Apparently, they don’t bother doing this as they don’t make money out of it at all. However, the staff in 1010Tires, not only helped me filling up the tires, but also having someone to come over asking if everything is alright now. Yes, they did not charge me a penny even though I asked for it. Their help is highly appreciated, and I am really thankful for their help.

So happy with my sales person today. He definitely knows how his business. Fortunately I looked on line for compatible tire requests. I visited our Canadian tire and the sales rep did not seem to want to help. I then visited another Canadian tire in Vancouver and was quoted quite a bit higher than 1010 tire. As well the sales rep was so much more experienced at 1010 when dealing with an inexperienced person. His service was exceptional. I recommend 1010 to everyone. Thank you 1010

They were able to find 19” rims that clear the brembo brakes while the dealership only has 20” option for OEM. Tire change only took about 30 min.

I had just came back from vacation and even though they were fully booked online, I gave them a quick call and they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road.

Honest, helpful staff. Not pushy or in constant “upsell mode”. Everyone working there all seem to be car people based on the staff parking lot. Feel like I can trust these guys. Fair pricing too.

Although there was no waiting time and the tier was changed right away, i went without an appointment and it worked well. But you guys broke my button on the car steering wheel, when i asked about it the manager at the store just neglected it by saying we don’t use it for any thing and someone will not press it so hard, while i know they installed a new sensor which needs to be setup from those buttons and there is nothing wrong in accepting that something went wrong, we all make mistakes

The service was prompt. I was able to make an appointment right away, unlike the 1010 tires on Marine Drive, which never pick up the phone.

Got new tires in less than an hour. Calvin was very helpful, straight forward and knowledgeable when it comes to which tires to choose. Hope all business are like this. Will recommend to all my friends.

Ordered rims online here for pick up. The pick up process was super quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The staff loaded the boxes in my car for me and were all very friendly

Happy with the experience here. Great selection of tires and fast shipping/installation arrangements. Got my winter tires installed well before it snowed lol. So far I’m very happy with 1010tires and will consider buying a new sets of tires and rims from 1010 for the other vehicle I have.

Justin was amazing. Walked me through all my winter tire/wheels options over the phone, booked an appointment and was in and out with new wheels and tires in about 45 minutes

This place is great! Reliable and reasonably priced service. Went in for a seasonal tire change, the drive away price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. They went above and beyond with a couple small touches- replaced my tire valve caps, bagged my extra tires and also helped me jump my car (battery was dead). Will return for the next tire change.

I recently had an issue with the set of tires installed on my SUV, and Justin went out of his way to ensure the situation was handled brilliantly. I've gone here for years and will continue to.

Very professional, reliable and efficient. I purchased a few sets of tires as well as getting my seasonal tire swaps done at this location. They even helped me with a flat tire despite their calendar being completely booked with appointments.

Needed new tires, because previous shop wouldn't install my 'worn' tires. That's fair - but they should have told me that when i swapped into the winters. They didn't have new tires in stock, it was going to take 2 weeks for the order to come in.

I called some other shops before i called the Richmond location. Calvin pickedup my call and was able to help with pricing and they had time to install them, same day.
When I came into the shop. I meet with Calvin. He was friendly and efficient. I really liked his attitude. He's the kind of guy that gives you the final price with all the fees and taxes.
I don't often write reviews on anything. But I felt that Calvin's awesome attitude deserved some recognition. You'll just have to meet him to know what I mean.

Great service, efficient, direct, and honest. These guys do a great job at what they specialize in - wheels and tires! This is the best place to have your tires stored for winter as well, the prices are lower than most places (especially lower than dealership) and they have storage onsite. No need to let them know weeks in advance, no delay to get your tires out, its all safely and securely stored there. Also their selection on tires is fantastic, and their website is easy to use. Keep it up 1010Tire in Richmond!

Needed a pair of tires to match a new pair I bought somewhere else. The tire model is being discontinued, so many places are running out of stock. I was fortunate to deal with Eric, as he was able to quickly secure a new pair directly from their supplier prior to running out. Very responsive, no BS, and competitively priced. Eric also gave me tips on what to expect when its time to mount the new tires. It's nice to browse their website for general idea, but nothing beats talking to Eric for actual advice and excellent customer service.

Had a great experience at 1010tires getting new rims for my Tesla Model 3. They did a great job, observed proper social distancing and left satisfied with the price that I received. Getting a lot of compliments on the rims and 100% would recommend Eric at 1010 again!

I came to 1010.tires Richmond for new tires today. I just bought a used car for work and were looking for something not expensive. Eric went through his computer and recommended something good with reasonable price. His customer service and expertise are very good and very helpful. I bought 4 new tires and I would think they must be good as they were recommended by someone with excellent knowledge like Eric.

Amazing experience with these guys at this location. Best prices in town for quality tires as I absolutely love my new pilot sports. A huge thanks to Eric and the team for there hard work and help after I picked up a nail on the first day of owning these tires leaving this location on Bridgeport. I HIGHLY recommend this location and to stay OFF of Bridgeport due to the construction currently.

Second set of tires purchased from here. Great service and prices. I walked in and ordered the tires. They came in the same day and was able to make an appointment for the following day. Only took about 45 mins to have them installed. They have a waiting area as well and the company has also taken the proper measures for social distancing. Will continue to use these guys here in Richmond.

This place is the deal of the century! I purchased brand new all season tires AND beautiful shiny new rims for my Lexus ES 330 for under $1000!
Their website was so user friendly and helpful it was definitely one of the best parts of this process. They have a feature where you can see what different wheels/rims look like on your vehicle model. It’s ideal! My purchase was ready for pickup within a week and they look great on my car! I’m tempted to shop again in the spring!
