I had gotten "free" advice about replacing Wheel Rims a year ago. So I visited to assess what tires and pricing they had for replacing my worn tires. Now they've just replaced my worn tires with a fantastic set of All-Weather ones. The courtesy of ordering them in from an Alberta location was greatly appreciated. Jimmy called when they arrived and arranged a prompt appointment to have them installed. Definitely recommend them to anyone seeking advice or service.

Book early during peak seasons and you won't have any problems getting your setup ready for winter/summer. Nice group of workers, easy to deal with and quality workmanship.

Great service. Was quicker then promised my flat tire setting was on even after flat was fixed, they couldn't reset that. Found one guy to be bit rude.all in all was happy my tire was fixed really needed my car.

BEWARE! SCAM ALERT!
I went in here to see if they could fix a hole in my tire, they told me the tire was unrepairable and that I needed brand new tires. Lucky for me, I have friends in the automotive industry. I went into my friends automotive shop got the tire patched up for 40$. We both had a good laugh of how this shop tried to scam me. I recommend people with nails in their tire take your car somewhere else! To a smaller trusted shop where you can see them repair your tire!

Amazing experience with 1010 Tires on Marine Drive! This was my first experience with them and they were great. They were really patient with me over the phone when I was trying to find the correct tire information. They ordered the tire and said it would come in a week, it came early after just 3 days. They called me to get me an appointment to bring the car in right away and the full experience took less that 20 min.

After a pretty horrible experience with another tire company, I really appreciate their team and how kind and patient they were with me. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Got some tires and wheels switched around on my car. During the appointment, the team at this location noticed a few things going on with my car that were potential safety concerns. They promptly notified me, and discussed further action, and safe ways to proceed. The team at this location was fast, communicative, and pleasant to work with. Would definitely return here. Overall great experience. Ordered rims to pair with my current tires and sensors. It took 7 days to ship from back east and they booked me a day after they arrived to have them installed in less than an hour.

Twice now I have uses this company.
Great prices, fast delivery, online booking appointment to long, phoned dealer and four days later job done 45minutes after scheduled time.
More companies can learn from them.

Waited for the store to open at 9am. A guy driving a Blk SUV came in after a while, parked and opened the store. Since I was waiting for them to open, I was eager to get in and ask for advise on purchasing new tires coz of Vancouver’s pot holes traps, I do need new tires. He doesn’t like that I went in there right after he got in and tells me he ain’t open yet. After a min or so, I went back in, he looks upset and doesn’t want me to bug him. I was asking him if they stock tires there and telling him the kind of tire I needed. He apparently doesn’t want my business and tell me they do not stock tires and it’s all being delivered right after customer purchases and to me it just basically says get out and they don’t want my business. So I thank him and leave. Went to the one in Richmond just across the bridge, what a day and night difference! They help me here, answer all my questions and best of all, great altitude and makes me felt welcoming. To be honest, the one on Fraser and marine drive, I have been there last year and same thing happened, bad customer service and super bad altitude. So I went to the one in Richmond. I decided to write a review this time because I don’t want others to waste their time going there and have to deal with those altitude. Richmond store is way more pleasant and welcoming. And those BS about not stocking tires and altitude.

Terrible customer service in this location we went in to buy some tires, asked about what fit, he barely looked at his computer said nothing in stock, its a common vehicle and he was arrogant and rude to say the least. I'd say stay away from this place. 1 star is too much to give
