I went in after buying a Model Y and was looking to get all terrain or all weather tires. Eric helped me right away with figuring out what the best for was for my needs and ideas of the look I was going for. Tires needed to be ordered, Eric called as soon as they came in and booked me for first 9am appointment so I could get going with my work day. Amazing service.

Eric (and Logan) were excellent. Great care taken, listened to my asks, clear on communications, just a great experiences (4 new wheels and winters)

Great job from Eric and the staff at 1010 Tires Langley. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Had a slow leak in one of the tires and wasn’t able to get it resolved for a week. Called in about getting new tires in a “hard-to-find” specification (pretty much out of stock everywhere in lower mainland), Eric was able to secure them the next day and book me in next day to have them mounted. Would recommend 1010 Tires for all wheel & tire needs.

I went in on a Friday last week and talked to Eric about getting me some new wheels and tires for my ride. Told him which wheels I was wanting to try out and a tire that I had in mind. He warned me about some issues this particular tire was having since it was relatively new to the market and pointed me toward a better alternative. In his wisdom he also told me I should replace my TPMS sensors as they are approaching the end of their life span. Good call on his part as they started acting up the very next day. My tires and wheels arrived in a very fast manor and install for all four wheels was sub 40 minutes. Everything looks great and the car rides smooth as ever. I will definitely go back for future needs.
I have also used them in the past for patching my tires and I ended up having 2 nails in my one tire (one of them was hidden). So they said “well we already have the tire off so we’ll just do the one for free”. They’re very fair and kind people.

Great price and great service. Will definitely be coming here anytime I need tire work. Eric went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready for me in short notice when I needed it.

Bought a new set of tires from Eric. Super easy to deal with. Great guy and knowledgeable. Tires mounted and balance in about 30min. He went through some details with me with the tires. My wheels were mounted without any scratches. Did the drive from downtown to Langley. Would do it again. Great work.

Great customer service by the entire staff at 1010Tires. They've helped me to get new winter tires installed for an upcoming trip to Alberta. Special thanks to the store manager Don for helping me find the tires I was looking for. I know this was a difficult task considering almost all the tire shops and places I've gone to literally had nothing available.

Tires were leaking due to rim corrosion. Was able to get it resolved same day for a good price and with good service. Issue and solution were explained well - very satisfied with the experience overall and would recommend for any tire needs.

I'm super impressed with the amount of stocks & how quickly / flexible they can accommodating my needs. We got a flat tire and it's really hard to find a replacement tire specifically for our car in ANY tire shop.

The staffs were super friendly, but when I spoke to Eric at 1010; He was superb and was able to give what we want exactly (Im pretty picky with brand and tire type too) without waiting like 2-3 weeks like the other shops that I called told me.

Moreover he was able to sneak-in our appointment first thing the next too! The service was so smooth and flawless that it only took around 40 minutes total to replace all our 4 tires in our car. Eric also made sure personally that everything is in order before I leave.

All in all! I'm super impressed with 1010Tires! I will definitely be back and highly recommended for everyone!

We drove all the way from Richmond to come here and get our winter tires. Eric was great and I recommend everyone to ask for him. Willowbrook is also a 5 minute walk so you can shop while you wait. Highly recommend and it was worth the 1 hour drive.
