If you want the downtown experience, convenient location, nice property, professional management, look nowhere else. I lived in 1108 Pendrell for 2 years and I have to say it's so much more than what I expected.
Ana, Zoran and Tien are the best building management team I have ever had in my whole renting experience. They are responsive, professional and caring. We became friends and I feel sad having to move out due to work reasons.
Besides the wonderful management team, building itself is very well maintained. You get fast response to anything maintainance requests which made my life so much easier. The air ventilation system is great. You get new air in w/o having to open the windows. The radiant flooring heating is a big plus for Vancouver winter.
Last but not least, I love the location. 10 mins walk to sunset beach, 3 mins walk to local grocery, 1 min to Shoppers for your daily household stuff. Plus lots of nice little restaurants in Davie. I know I will miss my time there a lot. (Oh there's also a dog park just 3 mins away if you get a pup)

Have been living in this building for the last two years and loved every minute of it. The whole team is so incredibly helpful and welcoming. Anything you need, they're always willing help. Also, so great to have a place that loves dogs. Beautiful building and always kept clean. Love it here!

Best building managers I've ever had! Not only do Zoran, Anna and Tien make you feel at home they are they kindest people. They will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are heard and addressed. They are always available either in person or over the phone and answer right away. I've lived in the building for almost two years and they make me feel apart of the community. As far as the building, everything runs exceptionally well. I have nothing but glowing things to say about the view, unit, and people. If you're looking for a place to feel at home and a community, I highly suggest this building. Also the gym is open 24 hours a day and even has a peloton!

1108 Pendrell has been our home since arriving in Canada. The building management teams (Zoran, Anna and Tien) are excellent. They are always ready to help when needed and organize great get-togethers for the tenants. 1108 Pendrell is located in a fantastic location where grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, liquor stores, and a bakery are within a short walking distance. That makes a significant difference when we have the rainy and cold weather season. It is also a short walking distance to Vancouver's downtown core, where you can simply go to a concert or game at Rogers Arena and BC Place and later come home walking. For nature lovers, we are right next to Stanley Park and beaches such as Sunset Beach and English Bay, making summertime really fun. The building is well taken care of, with regular cleaning and renovations done when necessary. The utilities available are also a great feature. There is a nice gym with Peloton bikes and a fantastic patio where you can get your friends together and have BBQ. 1108 Pendrell is PET friendly and welcomes dogs, and cats of all different sizes. It also includes where you can give your furry friend a nice bath. Parking is available for an extra fee, and it is totally worth it comparing to parking prices in downtown Vancouver.

My husband and I are newcomers to Canada and we couldn't be happier with our home at 1108 Pendrell. Adapting to a new country is a challenge that has definitely been easier here. Since the first day, Ana and Zoran have given us a warming welcome and all the support ever since. Tien is also great; he has helped us many times! About the apartment itself, it feels so cozy! The appliances have good quality and durability. We live in a studio apartment, but it does not feel cramped, as there is a den used as a closet. The bills are way cheaper compared to some friends that live in other new buildings in Vancouver, as the 1108 Pendrell building has some sort of new environment-friendly technology to optimize heat. We use the amenities daily, including the well-equipped gym, the life-saving ParcelPending service, or the beautiful cozy lounge with view to the mountains. No doubt we will enjoy living here for many years ahead, and I highly recommend it.

My partner and I moved into 1108 Pendrell in July 2020 during the peak of the pandemic. We absolutely loved the vibe of the building; when we met Ana and Zoran and Tien, we instantly felt welcomed! The building looked clean, safe (which is very important to us!) and not to mention, our suite itself was perfect and exactly what we were looking for; 2 bedrooms and a den and not one but two balconies that overlooked the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to live during the pandemic.
The amenities at 1108 Pendrell was another big factor for us and it ticked all of our boxes; access to a gym, bike lockers that were secure, the option to have a storage locker, and a community lounge room with a bbq, tv and garden plots (which we took advantage of one year and grew some yummy cucumbers!)

The community at 1108 Pendrell is another amazing quality; the ease of communication with other tenants on the Facebook group page, the use of Building Stack for whenever we need to receive important messages, and the constant stream of dogs that live in the building is what we loved so much about the place (since we are dog lovers)! Not to mention having a safe and secure locker for whenever parcels are delivered. All of this made living at 1108 Pendrell such a unique place to live.
If my partner and I weren’t moving out of the country, we would have stayed. We will surely miss living here! Thank you Ana, Zoran and Tien for making us feel at home every single day! -Michelle and Richard

We moved to Vancouver last year to work at St. Paul's Hospital and we couldn't live anywhere else. 1108 Pendrell is perfect for my family. It's really convenient, right in the downtown area, really close to all the shops and restaurants we like. There's a Shoppers right behind it, so it's really convenient when you need to buy something in the middle of the night. There's an Independent market two blocks away and a No Frills 10 minutes from the building. The building structure is really nice and there's a really well-equipped gym, as well as a lounge area where you can study or receive friends. The views are awesome too! You can see downtown core, English Bay area, as well as the mountains on the North. Everyone working here is really nice and kind. I'd like to thank Ana and Zoran for welcoming us since our first day here, as well as Sofia and Tien. You guys are great!

Amazing place to stay, good amenities, walkable distance to most of the restaurants, grocery shopping places. Ana and Zoran are really great. Tien has been of great help as well. Overall nice place to stay in Vancouver Downtown.

I have lived in many buildings downtown, but none even come close to the joy I feel living in this building. Ana and Zoran are top-notch managers with extreme professionalism, care and attentiveness. Tien is also incredible - how someone can be so kind and helpful at the same time blows my mind. My partner and I are very happy here, and our dog wants to say "Thanks for the treats! ".

Couldn't ask for a nicer building to live in. The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating, they always keep the building really well maintained. If you ever need something, you are never waiting long for an answer and a fix. The other residents are lovely and there's a nice sense of community in the building.

My partner and I moved into 1108 Pendrell on the first day it opened. We have been here ever since, and couldn't be happier. Zoran, Ana, Tien and the building management are all amazing and very responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. And your dog will get a treat from them if you stop by the office. The cleaner Shamise is wonderful.always smiling and up to chat. I think she knows everyone in the building!
We love living here as it is very dog friendly, the location can't be beat, and there is a real sense of community. The BBQs on the beautiful communal patio are fantastic.
Awesome building and community in the West End!
