They lied about having received my lab work and tried to deny me medication. The rave reviews are fakes by family. Do NOT go here. DO NOT.

I had a phone appt for my daughter and after 30 mins I finally call because I have received no phone call. I did get the reminder text so they have my number. The reception tells me my daughter has already been called and has notes in her file from today. We received no call. So I don't know who was just seen by Dr Raza under my daughter's name. Horribly unprofessional!
**a reply to this response. Yes he called and pretended nothing was wrong from earlier that morning. He did not apologize or even acknowledge the mistake was made. Still give a zero star.

Doctor Raza suggested me to meet a doctor! Are you kidding me or is your degree fake?
Doctor's job is to protect the patients and this guy has NO interest if you are alive or dying, This guy only comes to this location to collect his Cheque and I am sure this is the only thing he is concerned. Shame on this Doctor and the clinic!

They won't want to meet you in person, though the name suggest Walk In clinic! They would like to talk to you over the phone and would then rush to cut the call! Why don't you just stop doing the job is you don't like it! At least don't play with people's life!

I have always heard that the healthcare system is bad but know I know, it's bad because of doctors like him!

Don’t expect anything from the mobile appointments, my phone call was less than 3 minutes and the doctor puts no effort into asking you any follow up questions.getting a diagnosis on the phone in 2 minutes is a huge red flag, but to be fair i didn’t expect much anyway.just another “walk in clinic”.

Didn't even fax my prescription to my pharmacy. Now closed for the weekend. What a joke.

Clinic at this time has no doctors, so only call to make a phone appointment for things that can be done over the phone like referrals.

Literally isn’t a walk in, useless staff that can’t even recommend another walk in that’s located in Abbotsford.

123 Walk-in Clinic is a very convenient service. I love the online appointment booking.no long waits on the phone. There is usually an appointment available within a day or two (it's by phone call or virtual) and the Doctors that call are great!

Made a mistake of picking and calling their Surrey clinic. I am giving 1 star to at least acknowledge your receptionist who have maintained professionalism everytime she answers my call however I don’t appreciate numerous attempts to reach out yet no one is responding. We are at the ER now as a result of your inactions since my sister has not taken her medication since Friday, March 24 for which you have been informed repeatedly. Her health declined and felt ill today despite numerous attemps to request for the lab results copy.

You have been made aware of the need and is imperative that she is aware of the lab result as soon as the tests are in since her medication is totally dependent on it. Even Lifelabs confirmed that they had given you the result since Friday but apparently we are just an uninportant patient to you.

I went to this clinic yesterday and you have to book an appointment for a phone call. I don’t understand why it’s called a “walk-in” clinic if you literally can’t “WALK-IN”.

Doctor Raza is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He not caring, helpful, or knowledgeable at all. Terrible experience with him, he really should not be in this position if he is so careless and unspportive of his patients. I would not recommend anyone to see him. I rarely feel the need to complain or make bad reviews but he left me feeling worse than when I went in, with more questions and made me feel uncomfortable. He is lazy and extremely unprofessional

Dr. Raza and his medical office assistants have been absolutely amazing. He is very thorough and everything is always prompt and professional. The MOA's always call to verify information but also as a reminder if there is something I need to bring attention to. Thank you for all of your health and professionalism! It is greatly appreciated.

Apparently not a walk in clinic. They’re too busy to book appointments online. The process to book is cumbersome and a waste of time.

I have seen Doctor Morgan twice now and both times he sounded happy and positive. He made both of my visits extremely easy. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a Doctor. Thank you so much Doctor Morgan!

I've never been to this clinic but i booked an appt online and i loved their online appt booking system.it is very easy and efficient and smooth.

I booked two appointments but doctor never called! No one picks the phone and if they do, they are very rude.
Worst!

If I could give a negative score I would! Greg was the worst doctor I've ever had. I was exceedingly polite, but when I mentioned being queer he became very rude. Ended up saying "I think you should find another doctor"

Walk-in should be exactly that. Scheduling a phone or video call which may take days is just plain unacceptable. Just take that off the door and off the description of the place.

Super unhappy. The receptionist are nice but the doctor was seemed to have no time for me! Just seemed to want to rush me out

This is a great service of online booking for call appointments. I have edited this review because the previous one was reflective of my frustration that the on line booking was not working. I have to report that after my review, the clinic called and made the phone call consult appointment via phone. Today they called and advised that the appointment phone consult was going to be a little bit over the time I previously schedule. Excellent service. I now give 5 stars!

My experience was positive. It took a long time to see the doctor, but almost all walk-in clinics are filled up by 9: 30 or 10. At 8: 50 a.m. There were about 25 people lined up outside for the Westview Clinic so I thought I would try 123.
I expected to be told that they weren't taking anymore patients, but I got in for an appointment. By 10: 30 they were advising newcomers that they were booked.
This seems to be a fact of life in Abbotsford so we have to work around it.
The doctor here was doing video appointments today which in my opinion is just fine. I don't know if that is a daily thing but I Skype with my GP all the time.
The team here is responsive and caring. You have to be patient often with our walk in clinic system.

I was not greeted despite being the only person in the clinic and ingored for 8 minuted while the medical office assistant chatted about how good it is to get people in and out quickly. It should be about helping the sick not about number. I asked simple questions which clearly she did not understand. I chose to walk out and go somewhere else. The doctor was only available by video. I left there feeling discouraged and unhelped.

If I could give my review one less star, I would. I came to this clinic a week ago due to being sick for about a week prior, the doctor did not touch me at all. No looking at my throat, no checking my breathing and lungs. When I told him my symptoms, he told me I simply “had a cold” and to go about my day. A week later still sick, so today I go to a different clinic. I have a viral infection in my lungs and need a puffer. Needless to say I will not be coming to this clinic again. The staff also used swearing at the front while talking on their break. Break or not, be professional if you’re in the office.

Not very impressed with this place. I went there a week ago and my actual experience there wasn’t bad however I submitted a potential strep throat swab to lifelabs 10 mins after leaving there. I contacted lifelabs 2 days later and they said had just sent the info back to the clinic. I have called numerous times and left messages and had no reply from the clinic for over 5 days now and my symptoms haven’t gotten any better. I can’t take any extra time off work to visit in person and just needed a 30 second phone call to clarify if there is need for antibiotics but they can’t be bothered. Try somewhere else if you want any kind of results

Just went here today after a bad experience with another walk in. The staff, environment and pharmacy are extremely helpful and caring. The manager Crystal was unbelievably helpful and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.
The doctor was also very straight forward & helpful. Never been to a better clinic, so friendly and make you feel comfortable.

So impressed with the helpful receptionist, Crystal, and Dr. Herar was very thorough and careful and concerned for my well being. So very thankful!
