The food was okay however, customer service was top notch on pare with fine dining experiences. Jordan was our bar tender and server, so kind and attentive.

Cheers to the staff for taking care of us, my allergies can be a challenge. Glad we reserved here, beautiful spot and can’t wait to return again and again.

Wow! We decided to check out the little resort bistro for a later supper and this place was a very, very pleasant surprise compared to what we'd seen in town. Also we weren't expecting the place to be quite so packed on a Monday but were happily accommodated!

Our food and drink was 5 star, for certain. Couldn't resist even long enough to take pictures. Our server and all the staff were spot on, however the highlight of the night was watching that bartender move! You're a wizard Jordan! And thank you for the breakfast recommendations!

We stopped by the bistro for lunch and we were taken to be seated outside where before being seated we asked to go inside as there was a heavy piece of machinery working and it was extremely loud. This request was met with a cool response.once seated inside we got waters and then after a bit asked for our drink orders and at that time asked it we were ready to order our food, which we were. Drinks arrived in 10 minutes and while waiting for our food a large group arrived was seated. They were served their food while we waited for Ours to come which was a good 30 minutes. We were very disappointed with the service

Not going back based on our dining experience.

Firstly, we waited about 40 minutes before our food was served. One of the items we ordered was incorrect. At the end of the meal, we asked for the bill, it didn't come, so we had to get up and walk to the entrance and pay at the door. Server never came to top up our water or anything during our visit.

Secondly, the food was too salty. That's all the dishes, not just one. Couldn't taste anything beyond salt.

Thirdly, and most importantly, two hours after dining, I was sick with food poisoning; my dining companion was sick an hour later and we were in the bathroom throughout the night until the next day.

We called in the morning and informed the staff person, R, who said he would pass on the info to the chef and tell the chef what we ate. That's all. No attempt to find out who we were or have management call us back etc.or even invite us back to try their food. They must not care too much about what they put out so we thought we would do our part and inform the public especially since we had food poisoning after eating there.

Wow. By far the best food/service I have experienced in the Okanagan. You need to eat here. Chef Nick and his team have it dialed. Even the drinks were unreal.

We went on Sunday prime roast night and the dinner was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive. The seating inside was cramped (it was early spring so the patio was not open) and this meant getting bumped a few times by passing servers and guest. It also meant we were affected more by the extremely rude table beside us. Overall, I recommend this restaurant and we would visit it again.

Yet again another wonderful experience at 15 Park Bistro - the staff - the service - the chef's amazing menu and wine list. We look forward to our next visit

Went for Sunday brunch, fantastic atmosphere. Our server Rody was attentive and prompt on coffee refills. Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly and everything was well seasoned and presented. Would definitely recommend.

Food was fantastic and drinks were on point! Happy to have discovered this little gem on our travels. Woukd definitely stop again when passing through.

It was a super nice experience. The staff was friendly, the ambiance was cozy, and the food was great. If you are in the area, you should check it out. I would recommend making reservations. I don't think you will be disappointed.

The meal, service, and atmosphere were absolutely fabulous. I will be back, for sure, and tell all my friends about this incredible restaurant!

We enjoyed such delicious food and great service. There was a mix up with my order which meant my meal came well after the rest of our party but I was quickly presented with a lovely house salad, free of charge, so that I wouldn't be watching everyone else eat. And when my food came it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Our evening could not have been better. This small bistro is intimate and stylish, yet comfortable and welcoming. Our server (Tim?) was outstanding. All four of us had different items including appetizers, mains, and desserts, and every dish exceeded expectations. We felt the prices were very reasonable. This is a very small establishment, so if you are thinking of a place for a large group, or want to drop in with your making reservations, you are taking your chances. If you are a party of 2-6, and make a reservation, I don’t think you will be disappointed! We all agreed this was our best meal out in quite some time. Truly a hidden gem in Osoyoos.

Excellent food and service. Members of our group had several meals during our stay at Watermark and I didn't hear a bad word. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert was all top notch.

My daughter & I went tonight. All the servers were amazing. Very friendly. Food came in good time. We had the burger with fries & french onion soup. For desert the chocolate soup. All were very tasty! Would go again forsure!

Wow! We had breakfast one day and dinner the next. Both were spot on. The sable fish was perfectly cooked, as were the crab cakes. It's so easy to overcook fish but you just nailed it. Our server suggested a wine to compliment the meal and it was a perfect pairing. Well done everyone. And the fries. OMG

Quiet elegance, very serene color palette, nice menu selection, something for everyone, good wine selection, friendly staff and helpful.

Had a great experience here. The atmosphere for impeccable and our Server was professional, made us feel special.
The food was so delicious! If I could give higher ratings, I would.
We started with an Old Fashion and Crab cakes, the appy was tender and scrumptious. I had the Short Ribs & my husband had the Sablefish. Wow & another wow. I will definitely be coming back here to eat. It's a small environment so I would highly recommend to make a reservation. We didn't but showed up early and within 30 min, it was full.

We had an excellent experience at this bistro. We started with the crab and salmon cakes, then for entrees sablefish and beef short rib. Our server was fantastic and the food and drink were just as good. Would go back for sure.

Had a great meal. Subtle flavours. Intentional details in balances. Anniversary date with an incredible comped dessert. Great service and atmosphere.

Dined @ 15 Park Bistro and although the steak we ordered was not quite cooked to our request but attended to, the overall experience was very good. Attention to service was good and a very good atmosphere, would certainly go again to try another dish.
