Great place.chill employees. I usually just come here to study.good internet.some computers are a bit off.make sure you choose the right one.

The computer is way too slow. Especially when you need to update your game, it is the worst. Don't go there if possible

This place was a little hard to figure out because of their lack of website and no one would pick up the phone when I called. But once you are here, it was not a bad place. Took off a few stars because it was just confusing.

Computer Gaming:
- Their hourly rate is pretty cheap and you can basically just sign onto your account and play whatever list they had available. The list of games is a little out of date - like LoL, Overwatch, Civ VI, CS and stuff. They didn't have things like Diablo IV.
- It looks like they have varied levels of computers/chairs but we just got whatever was cheapest.didn't care too much. The equipment was basic but served our purposes.

Mahjong:
- So I actually came here because I heard they had MJ rooms. Which they did. They have 4-6 MJ rooms with the automatic MJ table. The MJ they use is the giant pieces ones but still worked well on the auto table. MJ was a little pricy to play per hour but I was dying to use the table so I was happy to pay. There's nothing like that around Seattle so I was happy to be able to just play MJ without shuffling.

The place is clean and nothing fancy. Good place to just game with your friends or chill.

Prices are very reasonable ($4.7 per hour) and the equipment isn't really bad at all. The environment is very clean, but all the computers are set to Chinese on default. This makes it so you have to guess how to configure it to English otherwise you can't really type at all. Staff was friendly, but also lacked proficient English speaking skills. The only other problem I had was that the computer froze one time meaning I had to restart the computer.

Everything was in Chinese but still playable and had a great time. Pricing not terrible either.

The newly opened 17 KTV was very good. Steven was able to solve my needs every time. Great service and fair price. Same as the gaming bar on the first floor. Highly recommend.

Garbage service from the front desk. The Chinese guy was rude as hell when you ask him a question. Badmouthing the customers with other employees in Chinese thinking the customers don't understand it. Don't expect any good treatment if you don't speak Chinese to them even if you are Chinese. Put a sign outside that says Chinese speakers only if your staffs are too incompetent to have a conversation in English or hire staffs that passed ESL school with customer service experience.

Too pricey.
They should have $20 all day not for a few hours
Across Canadian Tire has $10 pass better computers than here

This place is incredible! The price is fair and the computer is awesome, one thing that too many people smoking at the entrance block the doorway sometime. Last time i've been there it doesn't have english system yet, hope they will have an english system.

And I wonder If I could bring my own headphones. Can I? And show me where to plug it it!

Too many damn kids smoking right by the entrance. Blocking off the only doorway access to the place. Inside is filthy and unhygienic. Staffs are clueless. The entire establishment is run by grown-up children and caters solely to minors. It's like being in China again but without physically being there.

Finally! A nice staff.clean environment

And reasonable prices. Compared to every other e-cafe in Richmond this one is the best

Im giving them a one star because they are paying you $5 too give them 5 STARS which i think is really pathetic, also they have a broken chairs in the premium part of the cafe, the last complaint is that all of their god damm language on the computer is in MANDRIN, and for some reason, in a ENGLISH SPEAKING country they decided it was a good idea to do that.

Nice place. My keyboard was slightly glitchy and the computers are all set to chinese. If you cant speak chinese then go somewhere else.

It was my first time going to this place, it was amazing. The staff are very nice, willing to help you and I really enjoyed it playing with other people in the internet gaming cafe.

Seems great. Prices are great and gaming is fun in a way. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Few things to take note of:
-Some of the staff can barely understand or speak English.
-Try to askthe staff how to set the keyboard to English only. It switches to Chinese randomly and is annoying as hell.
-As usual with any public entertainment, there will be screaming and shouting everywhere.
-Some of the PCs have mouses that randomly stop working every 5 min. Also, these mouses have a button that can turn off the mouse where you place your palm.
-Not a whole lot of games unless that only applies to the standard area fee.
