Love this salon, and all the ladies who work here! Ashley is my girl, and always knows exactly what I want… I walk away feeling fresh and revived! Amazing quality products, service and conversation:)

Recently, I switched stylists looking to find one that was closer to my home. I ended up seeing Mariah (twice - colour and haircut). I had lots of blonde and was looking to go back to something more natural. My colour is natural, yet has dimension. She asked for photos, talked me through her thinking, and explained the process (as I have an interest in it!). I’ve received SO many compliments on my hair such as, “it really suits you! ”. Thank you 21 West Salon!

I use the Balmain Hair products from their salon and love them! They make my hair really glossy and I always get compliments on it.

Ashley is so good at what she does! I sadly moved away from penticton and still make sure to get my hair done by ashley when I a visiting!

Such an amazing salon! All of the stylists are so talented, they carry a wide variety of hair products and accessories, and the salon itself is stunning. Highly recommend!
