Mike said he was successful in recovering data from my damaged hard drive.
When I got home, I noticed not all files were saved. I called Mike and he immediately logged into my computer to confirm the issue. This is the most important part.
Mike apologized for the data loss and told me he would “Make things right. ”
Roughly 2 hours of logging on to my computer remotely, he did exactly what he said he would.
I could not be happier with the service I received.
Mike is definitely my go to guy for any future computer issues.

I had reservations about dropping an expensive computer off in the front of someone’s apartment who I had no references for and had never used (went on reviews) but Mike was professional and did a good job. It took quite a bit longer than he had first quoted but in the end did not charge for partial services due to this. I liked that he was a local small business. I would recommend.

I took my computer in and within a few days I had it back all ready and working! I brought my current laptop for an inspection. I was sure I would need to purchase a new computer and asked him to advise me on the best brand to purchase for my needs.
