I've been a member of HIT since 2017, and I must say it is still the best workout out of all the workouts I've done! The half and hour intensity is all you need to get a full maximum workout. The workout includes cardio, strength and core workouts. There's technique of the week to challenge you to enhance your training on a specific type of core of strength for improvement. 30 Min HIT has brought me to a level that I never thought I'd reach. Thank you 30 Min Hit for being part of my life!

Love this gym and the workout! Been going for 6 months and definitely see a difference. The trainers are amazing - super positive and supportive. The gym well laid out and clean. And the workout is fabulous. Highly recommend trying it out!

Personally wasn’t that great for me! The going round and round in a circuit wasn’t what I expected from kickboxing, and the coaches encouraging yelling at me just made me quite anxious. I did two months then left, but it may suit others better.

Love this gym! The only one I can ever stick to. The environment t is so fun and uplifting. The trainers are incredibly helpful and engaging. Would like it better if gym opened earlier like other locations at 7am.

This gym is awesome! I love the fact I can get an intense workout in on my schedule in just 30 minutes! The women and atmosphere here is absolutely empowering!

I love this place! I joined about 6 weeks ago and for the first time I found something I look forward to going to!

This is what I love:
-No class times! No need to rush to get there, just get there whenever and I usually don't have to wait more than 2-4 mins before I can begin!
-when you join you get gloves and wraps! Which is great that is included.
-The trainers and owners at the Richmond location are great! So friendly and welcoming. It's such a good environment. With it being all women also, it is not at all intimidating.
-There is a child area! This was a HUGE plus for me. It is small and t unsupervised BUT visable from most of the stations I can bring my kids and I know they are happy and safe for the whole workout! Win win!
-The workout is quick and super effective. You will SWEAT! Such a great fast way to get in a workout.
-It is a great way to let out any stress and frustrations. Plus it makes you feel like such a bada$$.
-the whole place is kept nice and clean! Lots of airflow and fans. The bathrooms are nice too, they have tampons and hair ties in there as well which I think is a nice touch.

Overall would definitely recommend! They offer a free trial too so a great way to test it out before you commit, but one try and you'll be hooked!

At first, I was only hoping to shed a few pregnancy lbs. Its been 3 years now and 30 minute hit has been a part of my weekly routine and has truly built up my confidence. Celia and her team keeps the place clean and safe for all of us and they know me by name and waves me down as I enter the gym. Oh, they also kick our butts during each and every work out, but it feels oh so good after! Highly recommend 30 minute Hit Richmond!

This location has great service when I first joined HIT the trainer explained everything very thoroughly. It’s very clean and hygienic it maintained all covid hygiene and standards. The 30 min workouts are very productive. Highly recommend

My free trial was one of the best experience I've ever had. The trainer was extremely sweet and explained the workout and the benefits. All the trainers are sweet and calm when it comes to correcting me but I feel super supported by the team when I workout. I fell in love with the gym and I go almost every day:) I highly recommend to give it a try and you might just fall in love as well and feel like a total badass.

30 minute hit is AWESOME! I really enjoy how great and welcoming the trainers are, giving everyone in the class attention and tips throughout their workout and help push yourself so you are always working hard! I love going in the morning because it makes me prepared for the day and to continue feeling great. I suggest to anyone who isn't the biggest fan of gyms to try, and I appreciate how you can drop in any time you need. Very happy I found them!

I HIGHLY recommend it! The trainers are the best. Their dedication and encouragement will ensure your success. In general, the atmosphere is very friendly and warm. The flexible starting times are amazing; I can fit it into my schedule easily. The room is spacious, bright, and airy. In addition, the music is awesome. It is always a pleasure to attend the classes, and I look forward to them every time!

I am not going to lie, working out is not something that I enjoy, almost at all. But there has not been a time in which I walked into this gym and regretted coming in. Celia has created a welcoming, fun, warm, exciting and caring environment, alongside her fantastic team of trainers (Shout out to: Hannah, Natasha, Paige, Nicole, Depinder and Kiran). I feel like I learn something new every time I come in and keep on growing stronger and healthier. 100% recommend!

I have been attending the 30 Minute Hit location in Richmond during the pandemic and have felt the Covid protocols are %, from the remote check-in to the continuous cleaning. The staff are spot on with their encouragement even if their volume is toned down and behind a mask. A professional establishment that continues to hold the experience of the members in the forefront.

I've been coming to 30 minute hit since 2012 and still love it to this day. All the trainers are great and give me the best workout. I look forward to that 30 minutes every time I come in. They're also very accommodating for a shoulder injury I have and give me alternative workouts that won't injure myself more.

I went here for the first time today to try it out, and I had the best workout ever! Before coming here I felt sluggish and my mood was very low and just 30 minutes later I felt so energized and on top of the world. I've done other boxing classes in the past and 30 minute hit is by far best one! Very empowering! Thank you to Paige and Natasha for encouraging me along the way, I 100% recommend 30 minute hit!:)

I've found 30minutehit to be such a great and balanced workout. I get to work on improving my cardio as well as tone many different muscle groups. It's such a good feeling to start my day with a well planned 30 minute workout that does so much for my body. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to find a more engaging workout regime as well as train for self-defence muscle memory over time!

I have been a member of the Richmond Hit since 2016. I love the atmosphere and energy of the gym, the trainers are fantastic and the workouts are awesome! There are so many different combos that can be done, and no two workouts are ever the same which keeps it challenging. It's so awesome to have a trainer on the floor at all time to challenge you and push you to the next level. I love that the workouts are intense and your able to get a full workout done in only 30 minutes! Thank you to Celia and her awesome team for keeping the gym a fun place to unwind and get fit! Such an amazing community to be apart of.

Since reopening after COVID, Richmond Hit has taken the extra step to ensure their members are always safe. I appreciate all the extra precautions the gym has taken.

I especially love how this place is intentional about making an empowering space for women. Cliche to say this, but every minute at 30-minute Hit is worth it! While others may say it is too short, I feel that I get the best workout in the half-hour that this program offers. The trainers are awesome and really push you in a non-intimidating way. I can guarantee every person that tries this will feel empowered, confident, and stronger! It's perfect for all levels; not to mention that it is a lot safer during this pandemic than most gyms as we keep our gloves on through the circuit; and the trainers work so hard in sanitizing every station. Kudos to the staff and team!

Celia and her crew are amazing! I could not wait to get back to Hit once restrictions were lifted. Not only is this a safe space for all women, the new measures being taken by staff members to ensure distancing and cleanliness are impeccable. Every station is cleaned after every use and at no time do I ever feel crowded or unsafe. Celia is a very kind and positive person. She and her staff are all wonderful, dedicated, and they will push you to your strengths to help you get the most out of your workout. The workout takes only a little of your time but works your entire body.
The best for me is when you get to hit "Bob" at the end. It is that final push at the end of your workout and you can adapt the skills the trainers teach you throughout the circuit on the hit dummy.
Richmond hit was by far the best spot for me.

Thank you to all the ladies that work here in the Richmond location, you consistently push me to my limit and motivate me every work out. Celia the owner is extremely personable, she is helping me work towards my fitness goal, keeping me on track and accountable with all my workouts. So happy that 30 minute has reopened after Covid-19, it’s amazing to see all the staff are taking the sanitation and precaution needed to keep myself and others safe. Better than any gym I've been to. Trainers are all friendly and you get 1 on 1 expertise on how to really push yourself at each station according to your skill level. Never been more motivated to workout.

So happy the gym re-opened and I have been going almost every day at the Richmond location. It's still amazing as always. Everything is so clean, wiped down after each station and hitters are at a good social distance. Best of all - we still have Cecilia and her wonderful trainers motivating and kicking our butts from a safe distance too! Thank you for getting us through this challenging time together!

Love 30 minute hit! This was the only exercise that helped me lose my baby weight after having 2 kids. Easy to just drop by, And spend 30 minutes for yourself. Now they have home work outs too which is a bonus, but once you start it’s so addicting. Super clean, and trainers are supportive and motivating.

I have been a member of Richmond Hit since 2018. I have tried few different classes n excercises and by far 30 min Hit is the best. I love the workout, trainers are pretty awesome and specially now during Covid they follow proper protocols to make sure safety of everyone. Highly recommend it!

I am so glad that 30 minute hit Richmond is reopened and I'm amazed at the precautions that Celia and the staff are taking to keep hitters safe! Cleaning after every bag is used, hand sanitizer everywhere, remote check in, masks on the trainers. And still the amazing friendly faces that encourage me to hit harder and faster so I can get my best workout in. Love this place and you will too!

This is the BEST workout! It makes a huge difference in your fitness level FAST. I have never been able to stick to a workout regime this long and am so amazed by my results! The trainers are wonderful; they are super encouraging and care about your progress. It is also so great to see the other members kicking butt.
I missed hitting so much during the covid closure. I am SO GRATEFUL they have found a way to reopen safely! The trainers are hustling to sanitize all surfaces between every hitter, maintaining distance between everyone, and generally running things in a totally safe way. I am so happy to have my workout back!

Very grateful and happy the gym has opened back up now that restrictions with the covid-19 pandemic are lifting. Very safe and clean atmosphere, and great precautions have been put in place for the safety of members. Has been a life changing experience being a part of the HIT community!

I'm heading here at least 3 times a week, normally 5, and its been the best experience ever! The trainers are unbelievably committed to keeping the gym amazingly sanitized, while motivating me to keep going, no matter how much I feel like taking it easy! I am so pleased they reopened on June 1st and would not hesitate to recommend 30 Minute Hit Richmond as a super safe, AWESOME work out for ladies of any fitness level! Give it a try, you wont regret it!

Going to 30 minute hit Richmond is my favourite part of the day. I love how quick and effective the workout is and that there’s no set class time. The energy in the gym is amazing and the trainers are super welcoming, encouraging & knowledgeable! After every Hit session I feel sweaty, accomplished and strong! Joining was the best thing I’ve ever done. I can’t recommend Richmond Hit enough!

Absolutely love 30 minute hit Richmond! I was super intimidated when I first started but the trainers and owner of the gym made me feel so welcomed! I love how every time you step on to the floor it's always a different workout and its only 30 minutes! Trainers are professional, the environment is empowering, supportive, and non-judgemental. Would definitely recommend!

I am SO glad that I joined 30 Minute Hit! I have never been 100% confident in my abilities when it comes to working out, but coming to this non-judgmental, any-fitness-level-welcomed place has completely changed that for me! I feel confident from the moment I walk in the door until I go to bed at night, knowing that I did something great for my body. It feels awesome every time I notice my punches getting a little bit harder, or my kicks becoming even more powerful. The trainers are all so amazing – they are always giving you new combos and techniques that will challenge you, all with a friendly smile on their faces! I will definitely continue to slap on those pink boxing gloves and come to 30 Minute Hit Richmond for years to come:)

Been going 30-minute hit for about a year and half, and I am still loving it! I love how all the trainers are very motivational and supportive in our pursuits to exercise. It’s a perfect place to blow off steam or stress! It’s also a female-friendly gym!

Pros:
- New weekly exercises
- Friendly trainers and each trainer have a unique method to motivate us!
- Nice background music
- Friendly kids area
Cons:
- Can’t think of any, which makes this place even more awesome!

This is an awesome place for women who want a comfortable place to work out! The trainers are amazing and the prices are low compared to other gyms and studios! The are no scheduled class times so you can go in whenever it is convenient for you! There is a lot of free parking as well which is a rare find in Richmond! The workout is only 30 minutes which is great for any busy schedules! Highly recommend it!

I love the Richmond 30 Min. Hit! It's an awesome, always new and challenging work out. But what really makes the gym are the trainers and the owner, Celia! They know how to make the environment welcoming, they're friendly, and always deliver a killer session! They've helped me achieve numerous goals the past few years I've been a member. Joining 30 minute hit is the best thing I've ever done for myself! The "no class time" drop in structure makes it super convenient to pop in whenever I have the chance before school or during my work breaks. I started with no prior experience and this workout has helped me build muscle and strength, leaving me feeling healthy and happy. The trainers are super motivating so you always leave having had the best possible workout. The owner and trainers make a huge effort to get to know you and remember your name making the experience even more personal and inviting. Joining 30 minute hit means no more walking away from the gym disappointed!

Loveeee this workout! It’s only 30 minutes and there’s no designated class times, so it’s easy to fit into your day at your convenience. It’s intense enough that it works your whole body and you see results fast. Trainers are super motivating and keeps you challenged. My favourite and most effective workout!

Can't say enough great things about Celia and her staff at 30 Minute Hit. I have been a member for nearly 2 years and absolutely love it! Never once have I thought "Naw, I don't want to workout today". I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym this much. I have also accomplished many goals I set for myself. I was always so bored with going to a regular gym. The trainers are fantastic, always encouraging you to have a great workout. Plus, it is a great stress reliever!

I joined in March 2017 and fell in love. My sister showed me this place cause this is how she lost all her post baby weight! This circuit is the best and fastest way to help me tone up. I get bored with the traditional gym environment but here I have lots of fun, feel strong and energized after every workout and it only take 30 minutes. Love it!
