They definitely changed what it looks like and made much improvement the large rooms to host events and such is nice and the open desks on the second floor is great except the stairwell and basement still have police station ascetic.

We used 312 Main for an event recently and were extremely satisfied with the whole process. They have a range of beautiful, well-equipped spaces. Booking the space we needed was easy and when we arrived to set everything up their team was extremely helpful. They made sure our A/V was working, showed us where everything was and helped us receive our catering. We will most certainly be using their event spaces again.

Its houses the office spaces of many headquarters for non-profit organizations like megaphone magazine and binners project and etc. Its got even big bored rooms to hosts events and kitchens and washrooms and bike parking area inside and places to sit and relax and free wifi. Its wheelchair accessible all around and elevators. And staircase

Where Binners' Project headquarters located. This is a beautiful building that is presently used as a shared office space for mostly DTES non-profit organizations.

Very nice job that they did renovating the building great place to have meetings and conferences security was great and they are very friendly I will use there building again I the future

I've worked out of this space many times and I love it. Great fit and finish. Great people in the space. Very friendly. Clean and great place to get work done that really helps people and communities.
