Renee from 360 Comfort was here this morning right on time to service our heating system. Renee was very considerate of our home and made sure she was equipped to get around in it without leaving any marks. Renee took the time to answer our questions and to make sure we understood the process. Definitely look forward to having her return for our next service and would highly recommend her and the company, 360 Comfort for your heating needs.

We were contacted the day before with an expected time of arrival. The workers showed up in that time period and greeted our dogs. They then set to work and dismantled our old furnace and began assembling all the workings for the interior heat pump. They put the outside part on the concrete pad that once housed our oil tank and carried on connecting all the parts. In the mean time the electrician was upgrading our service to accommodate the heat pump. This work was being done quickly. We had been told it could take 2 days for the complete install but by midafternoon, they were done. They cleaned up all their equipment and vacuumed up any mess they may have made. They even cleared out the old fuel line from the oil tank, which the other company had left in place. We had heat! We are now just waiting for hydro to come and inspect the new box and the final transfer to the new box can be completed. Thanks to all the young men for their hard work. They were pleasant and courteous and respectful. They worked hard and finished up much faster than the time allotted to this job. So far it has been amazing. We no longer have cold zones and the house is at a constant temperature, even the rooms farthest away from the heat pump. Thank you. You have excellent employees. They are an asset to your company.

He explained everything throughly to make homeowner understand which is very important to every home owner. He also, explained about the membership plan which helps us save our money.
