3D Nails Spa

My daughter went to get nails done with a friend.they were friendly…. BUT charged her $89 to do a French tip! Way too much money to charge for this, let alone charge a child that much!

The prices at the store and website are different. When they charged me different prices and I asked why the prices were different the staff were talking in their language in front of me and told me it was a different price… change price on the website! Extremely disappointed

I just walked in to remove shellac. I didn't mind if I couldn't had it done because I didn't make an appointment. But they thankfully accepted me and I appreciated it.
But!
Their service was awful. The lady
wasn't even looking at my nails carefully and scratched out the colours randomly. Only one hand got the foil covered while the other hand's nails were just scratched out randomly. She didn't pay attention to me at all, talking and watching her colleague all the time and rushed out on her work.

At the end, the colours didn't come off complete and neat, and my hands were dirty with all the removed powdery colours. And she said she was done!
I had to sweep off my nails and had to scratch again at home since my nails looked terrible with left over colours & all the dirts. I've never had my nail done like this uncompleted before!

I was looking for a good nail shop in Langley where I wanted to visit often from now on
but this place, I definitely won't go back nor recommend to my friends.

Bright, friendly, and busy! 7-8 technicians were working, so I got in quickly without an appt. This is the 2nd time I've been to 3D nails and both times have been a great experience! Wonderful attention to detail, and lots of colours to choose from! Thank you!

Worst experience ever. I asked for two manicures. For my mom and I. I got shellac and got started almost right away. My mom was getting a regular manicure. It took a good 10 minutes minimum before she got sat. Then no one paid attention to her. I was already getting nails prepped while I watched my mom sitting there not getting tended to. My mom walked out. Never getting the service she requested. They never even realized what happened. No apologies or anything. Never going back.

Entire service from moment I sat down to walking out the door was extremely rushed. Did not enjoy myself and was not able to relax during my manicure and pedicure. Would not go back and would not recommend. Have never been more rushed getting my nails done.

Cut me with dirty implements which caused an infection. I came here with my friend and the tech who did my pedicure sliced the side of my nail up the side with cuticle nippers. She used dirty implements my doctor confirmed caused an infection I needed antibiotics for. When I contacted them for a refund they requested a picture of the injury and then ignored me. Really disappointed.

This is by far the worse place in Langley! I gave these guys a fair chance. I have gone here three times in the pas six months.and every single time i had a poor experience. They are rude. They are always late. And they don’t listen.

No point booking an appointment, they are not on time. Nails turned out okay, but I've had better experiences.

Tony always does such a great job on my friends nails. Very nice to talk with and she absolutely loves going there to see him. He is one of many nail techs she has visited and the only one she is happy with. Tony is the best!

If you're looking for a nail tech that slays acrylic sets, you need to see Tony. I've been his client for the past few years and have never been disappointed. Even if I have no idea what I want he reads my mind and executes the perfect set. Not only is he talented but also kind and hilarious, I always look forward to the hour (or if I get lucky and there's no one after me 1.5 hours) I get to spend every 3-4 weeks at 3D. Definitely recommend booking with Tony. (but don't fill up his books so I can still get a spot lol)

Tony is the best, I have been getting my nails done by him for almost a year now and have never been disappointed!

Everyone was so friendly and the environment was happy. I was searching for new nail salon.came across 3D and BAM! Search over! My nails are absolutely perfect! Better than the picture of design I brought! So happy! Thank you Tony your amazing! I look forward to going back again and again!

I have been to many nail salons, and I would have to say I got the best experience from 3D nails. Tony did these beautiful butterfly nails on me which actually ended up being better than the picture he based it off of - he was also really sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great nail salon place in the Langley area.

This is honestly the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everytime I've gone here they have exceeded my expectations in everyway. Best art best shape best people. I'm in love lol thank u guys so much u r amazing

Ok I guess, I think students should get a discount. My daughter goes there regularly, but her nails seem to be getting more expensive. Twice a nail has broken the very next day.

I absolutely love having my nails done here. I am a salon owner and stylist and a mom. I’m hard on my hands. Tony has done such an amazing job of my nails. I had been seeing the same nail tech for 15 years before she moved away. I was desperate to find someone to do the quality work she did. And Tony has not only done as good but he has exceeded my expectations! I find the atmosphere friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes and have been happy every time! Keep up the good work guys!

Tried this place for the first time based on reasonably good reviews.
No complaints about the service or quality. My big issue was the added 5% because I paid a $75 dollar bill with credit card. In my opinion, this is poor business practice and is porting the cost of business onto the customers. For that reason, I won’t be returning.
