They squeezed me in and Chris came and looked at my fireplace and heat pump - he was so knowledgeable and gave me some great pointers to boot

Serviceman arrived on time and provided friendly, professional service, vacuuming and cleaning up when finished. We have used 4 Seasons since they installed two units several years ago. We are very pleased with the service their staff provides.

My experience with service of my fireplaces was exceptional. The service man was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and quite prepared to answer all my questions. I could not have had a better experience.

Have had 4 Seasons do annual furnace maintenance and hot water flushing for several years now and have good experiences with them. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Be sure to book several months in advance for annual maintenance though! For rush appointments, I haven’t had much luck, thankfully I was able to figure out the issue on my own.

Since moving into our home in early 2020 we have been looking for a knowledgeable, reliable company to service our gas fireplace. We believe we have found it with 4 Seasons.
Chris, the technician expertly serviced our GFP, he also noticed some heatshields were missing. These are an integral part of the FP and hadn't been installed in the first place.
4 Seasons had them in stock and Chris installed them on his next visit. Since 2020 we had three other companies in for annual maintenance of our GFP, they had said nothing. It makes me wonder about their training.
In the office, reception was friendly and Jeannie provided great communication. Everything went smoothly.
It's wonderful to see a company working well these days when so many are not.

Very happy with the heat pump and gas fireplace we had installed by 4 Seasons. Chris just came over for our annual maintenance and he was very professional, friendly, and gave us lots of helpful tips. We will definitely use them again next year.

4 Seasons installed our new Skyair heat pump. This involved installation of the heat pump itself, a blower and ductwork around the house. Installation went well and we are very happy with the heat pumps performance, now 2 years out. The team was very communicative and answered all questions promptly. There was in issue with the thermostat about a year in but they replaced it immediately at no cost and all has been well since. We would use them again for any heating or AC needs.

The technician was very user friendly and communicated clearly. The kind of service individual who I can be happy, and confident to have in my home.

Chris of 4-Seasons did maintenance work on the fireplace we purchased from that company several years ago. All of his work, along with the supporting work of the office staff Ginny, met the 5 star service requirements listed. Chris came as scheduled and he was responsive to questions. Overall, via Chris and Ginny, we received from 4-Seasons professional services of good quality and value in the maintenance of our fireplace.

We installed a gas fireplace insert 2 years ago and was very impressed with the courteous services and honesty provided. We just installed a 5 zones ductless heat pump in June 2023 and are very happy with the overall process again. Excellent crew and staff! Highly recommended!

Was a pleasure dealing with 4 Seasons. Responses for quotes, questions, billing etc.were very prompt, courteous and helpful. The installation occurred much faster than I had anticipated and the orientation of the new system was very useful. They helped wade through the grant process and setting up the pre and post audit. I highly recommend them.

Had some maintenance done, I didn't think to catch the guys names, but they were incredibly friendly, a wealth of knowledge and very helpful in answering questions about future upgrades im considering. I'll be definitely be using them in the future!
