I completely agree with Alex K. When the office is closed, they are supposed to let current customers knowThey never paid attention to their current office customers and wasted both time and money.
This is very unprofessional. Why did we contact the travel center instead of purchasing the tickets ourselves?
It's because they promised to help us find a better ticket option and create an open ticket for our return journey.
They assured us that we could change the date, and they would assist us. As you may know, elders find it challenging to navigate online platforms and apps.
However, they didn't provide the assistance they promised, and then they closed their office. We tried contacting another location, but they were equally unhelpful.
This isn't just our experience.other elderly individuals face the same issues. I completely understand Alex K's frustration. We feel very upset because it's their responsibility to assist us, but they showed no accountability.
In the future, I would rather purchase tickets myself. I'm sorry to say this, but this is exactly what happened.

FRAUDULENT AND NOT RESPONSIVE! Don't bother calling the Seattle branch, it's closed down! We used their services to book us airline tickets to S. Korea. There was a discrepancy in the number of tickets we needed and what we received. We tried to reach out after finding out we were given the wrong number of tickets after already being charged. The number is disconnected! We tried going to the physical office located in Federal Way. The office is closed! We tried calling their toll-free number from their website NUMEROUS times. They never gave us a straight answer to help us. "We're located in Canada, try calling the Seattle branch. We will try to find out what happened, we will contact you back. We will give you a manager's number, try calling them". They never contacted us after months of waiting even though they said they would (now too late to find any extra seats on our own because the flight is full). The number they gave us doesn't work, nobody picks up. What kind of business is this? This travel agency claims no accountability and not even an offer for a refund for the agent fee EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO AGENT! I'm reporting this business to the BBB as well.

It was an extreme experience. The car smoke was so bad that I traveled for 4 days and 3 nights wearing a mask. I didn't put my suitcase in the trunk of the car, I kept it in the seat, so the seat was small. It is. When traveling to Banff, do not go unless it is a large bus or a safe bus. Please check it before traveling. Both the guide and company service were unsatisfactory. Please note. I was surprised that the star rating was higher than I thought.

I booked a Rocky West Tuber from Vancouver for 4 days and 3 nights as a retirement trip for a professor I had been attending since undergraduate school. In addition to the 5 members of my team, a total of 12 people, including 7 people, boarded a broken car that smoked as soon as we left for a trip. I wore a mask and covered my face and moved. I told the guide, but he said it was okay, saying it was the smell of diesel. My lungs hurt so much, my throat hurt, and my eyes hurt all the way from morning to evening for 2 nights and 3 days, but I endured it again and again so as not to ruin the trip. With the help of an acquaintance, they got out of Banff the day before, and the car was spread on the way back. I contacted you because I was sick over the weekend. Even though the manager knew that there was such a big problem, he pretended not to know and did not listen to the complaint, leaving it to the person in charge (newcomer). A few hours later, I had a phone call with the person in charge and said that I was sorry that this happened, understood the situation, and promised to help me to compensate as much as possible after confirming with the boss. It wasn't long before I got a call from the boss. We asked for a sincere apology and appropriate compensation, but they told us that they had already taken care of the circumstances and that the company had suffered losses through this trip, and that we should accept the pain.
They were not aware that there was a problem from the day the car started, and when they explained the situation, they asked why they didn't tell me about the fumes from the first day, and they acknowledged the company's fault, but they said they couldn't compensate.
After we complained, the guide told us that he lied because it was a diesel car, but the story didn't work. There were a lot of elderly people in their 60s, but the car was so full of exhaust smoke that it was unhealthy for everyone.
Everyone is sick, so I canceled all travel plans and just rested at the accommodation. Every trip is meaningful, but it breaks my heart to experience this kind of thing after coming all the way to Canada with a retired elderly person.
I think it's something that anyone can experience. How you deal with the situation is important, and you can go through it too. A place you should never go to.

I traveled to Banff for 4 days and 3 nights.
The car smelled a lot of oil, and on the third day, I could only reach a top speed of about 80 km/h, so I had to park on the shoulder of the road to avoid the car behind me, making the difficult drive down from Banff to Revelstoke. Even though the vehicle was replaced the very next day, the problem occurred. (We changed vehicles a total of 2 times during the trip)

Since it was a trip that involved a lot of car use, there was a problem with the car, which affected the travel itinerary. There were some things I couldn't do in the itinerary I was given, and I was given so little free time that I didn't have time to enjoy it.
