They need to update their hours of operation. This location is locked and closed at Midnight. They open at random times every morning. Sometimes they open at 4am other times they are closed until 7am. This is not a 24-hour location. They could at least put a sign on the door saying when they will be open. Other than that the service is decent but not great.

They work very hard here to provide good customer service. Considering their clientele which consists of many people of questionable socioeconomic status.

Placed an order at 12am Feb 27, food was unedible. Can u guys please start training ur employees properly?

Came here at 11: 30pm on Wednesday (Jan 11). I don't know the employees name but he was very rude and unprofessional. Don't work in customer service if u behave this way.

Extremely rude staff. They were too preoccupied, yelling their conversation across the store, to tend to the customers piling up at the till, and then had attitude the whole time while dealing with said customers. Decent stock and selection though.

I have wonderful experience at the store. Store is well organized, clean and well restocked. Moreover all staff members are very helpful and professional especially store manager is very hard working. Me and my kids love to visit the store. Thanks

Very rude manager, try to charge me extra for my coffee because they don't have any sleeve and I needed a second cup.

I have been a regular customer of this 7 11 for the past 2yrs or so and given the busy location of the store, the staff always manage to keep it clean and organized.customer service by them is also good.

Staff member lacked how to respect other and replied I have worked for 5 years and know the rules “ don’t tell me what to do”

The slurpee was fine, until it tasted like paper. I wish everyone realized how much of a difference these straws don't make. What are we doing 7-11? Why am I drinking a beverage with stationery? There's a hole in my post it note tube because it's disintegrated when I couldn't drinkmmy slurpee fast enough without getting brain freeze the whole time. I can't even take notes on this soggy paper. It literally has no use except wasting resources and killing trees so they can serve half a purpose and make my coke taste like a notepad. Drinking a slurpee without a straw just isn't the same, but these aren't straws.

Big mistake redeeming a lottery ticket here. If the self-check lottery scanner says I won $3 and 2 free plays and the actual lottery machine shows the same results, why am I being charged for another $3 for an extra if I have won $3 from the original ticket that I can use?

Felt scammed. I won’t be claiming my lottery ticket here.

Worst customer service ever! Bought 2 packs of cigarrette 30$, they gave me wrong ones, next day want to exchanged at least 1 unopen. But they refused! Wasting 30$ for their mistake. What a s.tupid humans are working there?

Used to be my favourite 711, as they are right near my place. After tonight I won't be shopping here again! I got the wrong Uber order, and brought it back to the store myself. The staff ignored me for nearly 10 mins, while they helped all the customers who came in after me. They kept the wrong order that I brought back to them, and would not give me the correct items from my order. I had my order number, name, ID and phone with the order on it. They just blamed the driver and told me the manager said nothing can be done, I need to contact Uber (which I already did, and got no message response back). After they kept the wrong order, they would not give me my correct order, they would not call uber and they would not give me the number to call Uber. I stood in the store for nearly half hour with the employees acting like they didn't even work there. Terrible employees on the night shift, and shame on the manager for stealing from customers! You guys are a total scam. I was a good customer!

Fast service and kind workers, though it was hard to hear some of the staff as they spoke very quietly

Great convenience with their slurpees still good as ever, although some of the kids and straws were misplaced and incorrectly categorized.

The place was very clean, no spills or stains on the floor, and the slurpee dispensers looked like they were cleaned frequently.

Overall, pretty good.

Went to get gas and they refused to take my toonies and loonies as payment. Staff acted unprofessional. Went to 711 on 80th and Scott road they happily took my change.

I was there at about 6: 30 pm this evening and felt extremely discriminated against by the staff there. They watched me the whole time in store, I really the stigma and racism gets addressed. I also told them that their smoothie machine was down to which he replied " there's nothing wrong with the machine"! I made my purchases and told him I'd follow up, he just shook his shoulders at me. This is my neighborhood 7/11, sad to see this treatment in my community business.

Huge disappointment, the employees never followed our instructions regarding the food. I wrote in the instructions for some condiments but they did not send a single thing with my food. This was my second time the same thing happened. Their packaging of hot food with cold stuff was also very disappointing. I will never ever order from this branch in the future.

Said 24hours on the website. Went there at 4: 30am from work, and the male employee said they are close and is not on business. Change your store hours online! Very misleading. (The owner replied and gave a link to a survey, not sure how that will help!) just update your damn website hours so we people don't start wasting time going to your store!

I think i walked in at the wrong time. Got Refused service today as the staff working (GURPREETH) couldn’t identify me as the person in my picture ID (my picture was taken 3 years back). She might need a break or a new job. Y’all gotta help that girl out

One of the Best organized, professional and clean store till now. All of them are taking best safety measures they can, even in the pandemic situation going on. All staff members are very helpful. Fresh Food, great customer service and all crew members are very kind. Specially Muskan who works there as a Sales Representative is very hard worker and is very helpful to all customers. Yesterday i went to the store and she helped me alot. I thank everyone working there even in the pandemic situations out there.

7 eleven should reconsider about management customer service this location is close my house bt I really don’t want to go inside. Not even washroom can’t use.

Store is always clean, well merchandise and great customer service I love to come every staff are friendly
