Ran out of minutes on my phone and had to go to a 7-Eleven I usually don't go to on George Ferguson way. The clerk sold me a $50 card and a $5 card because I needed $55 to pay for the $50 plan plus tax. Then when he printed it off it registered tape that had the pin code on it it was barely legible and I had to try seven variations to get my top up card registered. Very disappointed in the product and the service. In addition there were homeless people coached behind the counter of the coffee area and apparently that was okay

An employee is skimming the tills and ripping off customers, I was just charged 8$ for a coffee and Slurpee, and it was rung through as a lottery purchase

March 26,2022 i try to redeem my points at this location. It was a deal for potato wedges and expiry april 25 but the girl working there kept saying it had expired made me pay. I pay but had no receipt called into customer service they resolved it for me. How can i buy something on march 26 and it expire april 25 she keep saying it expired?

Isn’t this locations supposed to be open 24 hours? My husband works graveyard shift and tries to stop to get quick snacks and the doors are locked, whoever is working shoos him away. If your not letting people in, at least put a note on the door stating new hours.

Pretty disappointed seeing Punjabis ripping off customers, saw one homeless guy buying stuff today and the staff was talking in Punjabi about him, accusing him of stealing but it didn't end there hey discussed to scan his items twice and overcharged him right infront of me, the poor soul had no idea!

The paper straws they give for slurpees are absolute garbage and are unusable after 10 min. If you don’t want to provide proper straws then please stop selling slurpees all together.

I am delevring food for Uber, dordash, skip and last night I went to store to pick up my order and I Waited 10 min still they didn’t start to prepare my order and the guy told to wait for more time? I am delivering I don’t get an hourly pay. Plz look into it. And look in the cameras too. Thanks

Haven't been to a 7 11 in many years. It sparked up nostalgia to go to this one. Enjoyed a hotdog and was happy with the service and selection.

A great place to go to if you only need milk and you don't want to go to a big store

Stopped in quick to use the washroom and the ATM. The ATM was being repaired so that didn't happen. Fair enough.

The washroom was disgusting. Dirty floors, used tampons and garbage laying around, dirty toilet. Re soap dispenser was broken. They had a dirty reusable plastic soap dispenser on the counter in replacement.

What a joke especially this far into this covid nonsense. Clean the bathroom more than twice a year.

Great 7/11 in terms of cleanliness and friendliness the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because I’m very disappointed they removed the Brookie (half cookie half brownie) from their list of fresh baked goods

Bought chicken strips went to my car pulled out opened the box to find they were luke warm. Called and had to argue with the manager that there is something wrong with the warmer that I wanted my money back and will be calling again if I ended up sick. No way they were 150 degrees. The manager insisted his equipment was fine. There is no way.

Paper sign on the door saying they are closed from 12am to 5am. Lol isnt the main point of 7 11 that they are always open?

Very disappointed from the staff behavior they don't respect the time and value of delivery drivers. They should respect that we used to deliver the food from store to customer in the peak pandemic and help their business to sustain.
Never recommend to anyone.

Hasn't updated their scheduling online of when the store will be open or not. Even worse, at 3: 09am on July 22nd I called them to ask questions, one of the workers has been sitting on the phone line keeping it busy for over 30 minutes now doing nothing. I hope nobody visits your terrible 7-11. Absolute garbage staff that do nothing all day and night.
