7-Eleven

The worst 7Eleven in town. This store is completely out of control of management. There is always a shortage of something and floor is always dirty. Espresso machines is out of service for a month. I don’t recommend this place

I always buy things from 7-elvene but sometimes when you ask to use washroom they tell me no public washroom

I have bad experience in this location I go there 15/11/2022 in evening and l want to use the washroom. But employee denied and he said washroom not for public. If all stuff for public, why washroom not public. If you sold stuff you make money from public so why you denied me to use washroom. If in seven eleven any person want to use washroom in emergency what he do. But seven eleven want go outside do anywhere pee in outside.

I wish I could give below zero, I had a bad experience there.there is a staff his name is Shubham, he is really rude, and he loudly mentioned that I don't care about customer care! I have talked to their manager, but that happened again, I hope someone in headquarter check this review and be responsible. After all, most of the 711 personnel are doing their job well. The presence of such people harms them and this brand. The customer deserves respect, not rudeness!

Always quick service. Well stocked and lots of choices. Staff are quite friendly and efficient. Better than a lot of other 7 Elevens

I went there yesterday Sunday, because I want to grab some drink and snck after my evening shift. The cashier and delivery man who pick up some order maybe at the counter. I knock on the glass and ask if there still open and cashier said their close. It was 11: 15p.m.

Feb 10.415 pm was in the store. Both the male and female employee were very helpful. Friendly. Just very nice people. Hope they are well compensated.

If I could rate the store with no stars I would.very ignorant staff everytime we come here they don't allow us to use our points card

Been here several times, is it me or why does this place always seems messy or dirty? Just the vibe I get from this place

The manager is diligent, the staff are friendly.
And the most important matter, they are extremely clean.

I will never shop here again! This 711 is the usual spot I go to since it's very close however I will never come back. If you are person of colour prepare to be racially profiled by the manager and his staff. Expect to be followed around and the exit to be blocked by the manager because he thinks people of colour steal. I am deeply traumatized by what went down today.
