7-Eleven

Hi, on November 21,2023, at approximately 5: 00 p.m, I went to the store and purchased a jalepone cream cheese taqatio. However, it was placed on the vegetarian section, which upset my vegetarianism and my religious beliefs. The employee handled the situation with great care and showed no interest in speaking with me about it. The employee's name was Anabella, and this was the worst store I've ever been in. She didn't even apologise for the error when I brought it up to her, and instead she simply took the tacos and put them in the chicken one. This is essentially a cross-contamination for food safety.

This might sound petty but I enjoy my pizza cut properly, Very hard to rip and tear while you're driving. That's twice now.

I wish I could put zero, the lady misplaced Monterey jack with the jalapeños and cream and won't even own up to it, saying I was in wrong even though the tequitos were in the wrong spot.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. No toilet paper. The toilet leaks and it has black mold around it. Wouldnt even wash my hands because that wouldve made them more dirty. This has been called in multiple times for the broken toilet by others i know, it has been leaking for months and mold is a health concern as it can get air borne and make people sick. Will call health inspector if not dealt with.

Always busy and dirty inside and out. Obviously not staffed properly and no one cares enough to make things better. 9 out of 10 times we just avoid this location.

God awful state of the bathroom. The toilet is obviously loose and leaks like a sieve. There’s now black mold around the toilet from the water damage. There’s never toilet paper. Absolutely disgusting, will be calling interior health if the next time I go into the washroom and it’s not cleaned up and fixed. Come on 7-11. Do better. Way better.

Gotta love 24hrs of operation stores that are open 24hrs are hard too come by!

I recently visited the 711 corner store and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the owner. He was rude and disrespectful, showing no regard for my needs as a customer. I found his behavior to be completely unacceptable and will not be returning to this store again in the future. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location if they are looking for a positive shopping experience.

Terrible service, April 1 at least morning service was, girl to busy on her phone couldn't be bothered to serve me, no butt wipe in washroom.good worker's are to find. All they Want to do is stand there do nothing and get paid for it.that girl is one of those kinda worker's

Good customer care. Got the chicken but with I got the other grilled rolls. Very stocked for a gas station store

Really disappointed to see there isn't any water tap outside. It's a standard feature in most and I don't want to buy a bottle of water just for my dog!
