Good prompt customer service.

Usually busy so there is always another clerk or two ready to step in to help the line move faster when I've visited the store.

Designated parking, about 5 or 6 stalls, in an otherwise busy parking lot.

Islam and Ricardo … these two graveyard people are real gems! Hats off to there exceptional customer service each time I visit store️️️️️

Came in with a wheelchair, cashier followed me through out the store, but didn't help with the doors when I was having problems getting in and out of the store, if you have time to watch me struggle, you have time to help, great customer service guys.

Disgusting. No lotto after 9? Gross sticky floors. Crackeads aloud to do drugs in the store? Absolutely filthy. Horrible cashiers. Are they even lotto certified? Gross. Gross. Gross. Avoid at all costs unless u like homeless people sleeping and begging for change out front. All food is gross. This place should be shut down! All staff should be fired. Rude. Dont know anything about product or lotto or cigarettes? Re staff! All unfriendly. Makes me wanna go to one of the other stores in the 2 block radius. Owner: get it together. Ur practically running a homeless shelter. Get out of our neighborhood!

The workers here aren’t friendly at all.they all seem like they hate their job from all the times i’ve been here i’ve never gotten a greeting, smile or anything of the sort.from what you can expect is the weird stares, straight face and no greeting and miserable workers from here.

Store reeks of cooking grease and frying oil that sticks onto clothing and becomes difficult to remove, I can still smell it on my clothes even after leaving the store.

I find myself visiting this location less often if not ever just because of this one issue.

Store should invest in proper or better ventilation/range hoods.

Purchase the chicken skewer last night and unfortunately not fresh probably it was cooked 6 hrs ago. Very bad experience

Waste of time and energy trying to even get a beverage here. 4 employees all taking at me, nobody listening and no beverage. I walked tf out bewildered

3rd time visit your store that Mushroom head dude working on Sunday 7: 30PM reject my payment in counter. I already told him I came here to exchange a 20$ bills and I'm actually purchase something in your store of the owner heads up. 1st time I let it go cause I already paid for the Chicken combo last week. And reject my exchange money. But this time you saying the same thing I cannot exchange money for you? So at the end he said I will take your cash for the food but not for exchange bills. He also given meh an dirty look so you not going to buy the food? No duh? I think you need to re-training from the head office service skill. I went to Petro Canada instead guys was there not even need to think exchange me money right away without asking me buy anything.

It’s often closed for one thing or another. System down, cleaning etc etc etc. I’ve come here between 1-4am 6 times and it’s been closed 4

Horrible service! The cashier is racism! The worst experience I have ever had in my life! Not coming back to this store anymore!

Watch out for sneaky practice at the Granville location! I bought an item at $2.79 yesterday afternoon. They added $0.10 before applying the $0.10 discount so no actual discount. Then they added a mystery charge. I asked at the time how a $2.79 can of soda could come out to $3.24. The cashier smirked and said 'taxes, eco fee, dear'. I thought it was too much still but didn't really do the math as there were people behind me. I didn't want to argue for less than $0.50 so I left. The cashier also didn't offer me the receipt like I would examine it. Well I did. I got the itemized receipt on the app and saw an actual 'item not in file' and missing 'estimated taxes'. $0.44 would have been 16% taxes. What province am I in? ! Come on, 7-11. I am fine with convenience stores being more expensive but you should not be ripping people off this way. Inappropriate. And um, illegal?
Make sure you check your receipts especially when you have a bigger total! Easier to add extra 'item not in file' and new illegal taxes!
