7-Eleven

The overnight Crew isn't wearing a proper uniform. He wasn't helpful. There was a customer ahead of me who was paying cash and he told her that he can't take cash anymore. He waited for me and another customer to arrive before he finally decided to take her cash payment and brought out a bunch of change.
He also was rushing us customers not letting us collect points.

This person needs a proper training on customer service.

I ordered via 7 NOW app and they gave me hard cookies and old chocolate. Do not buy this chocolate it's so gross I vomitted.

Went in on Thursday, November 3rd at night and the 2 men kept talking to each other in Hindi. No hello, didn't tell me what I owed. Just silence to me as he scanned my items and 7-Eleven points app. Just kept talking away to his colleague. I tried saying hello, no response. After receiving such a bad vibe, I took my items, didn't say thank you and walked out. He didn't care as it appeared that he had better things to talk about. Very bad vibe in there.

The staff is very considerate, especially during the pandemic. Thank you for your accomodation last night. Very much appreciated:)

This is a Fairly reliable 24-hour McDonald's location. There have been a few times when this location is not able to serve me.

I'm sure it's a lovely spot if you stopped by in person but like 10 out of 11 times they mess up my orders on uber eats, the other time they called and said they didn't have the item even though the menu on the app said they have them.
Now granted that my orders are usually late at night, I understand it's tough for the staff, they forgot to mark thing off from the app but a call would be great, and mistake happens but all the time like this is just unacceptable.

It's a good place when you visit in-store, some friendly people in there. But what I don't understand is, how can they mess up your order almost everytime when you're ordering from UberEats. There are clear instructions, and it's happened most of the time. I get annoyed because I have to get my refund back, but I just want to eat my food.

I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a loaf of bread, but the plastic wrap covering the bread had a rip on it. I also ordered Coke Zero, but they gave me Regular Coke. Very unprofessional. Unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this 7 Eleven again.

They try to upsell you to the point of rudeness.if I only want one I'll only buy one.when I say NO.take NO for an answer. Cashier would not drop it after I only wanted ONE bottle of water. I understood you the first time you said it.

I purchased 1 earphone set and I used it, it did not worked for me. I asked them to exchange it for me but the person on shift was so rude but the peter was really nice nd kind to me, he helped me to get refund nd also explained me the situation. But this was not for the first time even before I purchased the earphones those were also not good but staff was really nice that they exchanged for me but this time I really had worst time with staff except peter. I can give 5 stars for peter's service.

Never much hot food left late at night. Sometimes leave empty handed, pretty inconvenient for a 24 hour convenience store. Staff are average at best, awful at worst.
