This is the best 7-11 in Abbotsford. Staff are always so kind and helpful. It's pretty clean and they always have full stock. If they are out of something or in the middle of cooking more food for the display they usually tell you as soon as you walk up to the counter to order.

Nachoes were good if they raise the price it's not worth it 4.50 is my limit also they messed up my friends order giving us another item instead of what he wanted but overall good, the price are high cause it's a gas station I like the nachoes but it's already at max price one more cent and I'm never coming back not worth it, unless it's nightshift no one buying anything off the shelves

Absolutely disgusting human fecal matter everywhere when I mentioned it to the staff, they were annoyed it was so disgusting

-Stickiest floor and creepiest bathrooms.
-50% chance a middle schooler is in here with you and you'll have to go stealth mode to stay safe.
-The workers will stay monotone no matter what you buy. I respect that.

Really awesome, there was a kinda older lady I meet, not like grandma old but like she could get it, she did get it, in the bathroom, man oh man when she took those dentures out, I never was religious but I felt closer to god then ever before. Not sure if it relates to 7-11 but very good store I guess

Edit: it's been around a year since my original review, and they STILL can't be bothered to correct their hours to reflect when they're actually open. This is why I always end up going to the place across the street when they're open- they aren't open 24/7 either, but at least THEY'LL give me an indication that they're closed beyond a locked door

It's a nice enough store when it's open, but every time I go for a late-night smoke run the door is locked with nobody in sight (& ofc there's no service drawer.), & no signs or any other indication that they're closed until you try the door. If you aren't open 24/7, update your info!

It's 3 am & I'm heading to one of their competitors for my smokes & gas now- I probably would have waited until they opened if I hadn't had forgotten that they lie about their hours before leaving the house

I contacted doordash, but also 711, few months ago, I was in contact with head office but never got anything in return, I got mustard, paid 4-5$ for it, and it was used! Like ewwww. Definitely double check what you buy, don’t bother contacting them because it just a waste of time

Not open 24-7 at all. Employees continue talking with each other and walk around the store while denying customers entry into the store.

They must have thought thieves don't rob stores at night because they get robbed once and thats now a time 711, a store known for being open all day everyday, is CLOSED (2 - 4am) Yall should find a new job knitting

Yesterday I visited to the store. I met a guy named sarthak. I really liked his behaviour and his service. He was helping and is having a positive attitude.

Today at around 10am I walked into the 711 on immel st in Abbotsford British columbia. Normally I have a wonderful experience in that store and the people are all very kind normally! I should state that I was not doing anything suspicious I was getting mangos and a drink.
So I should explain that I use a reusable shopping bag at a purse because I carry a lot with me as I walk. I was asked to leave my bag up front and normally that would not be a problem but as this is my bag with all my personal information and important things (ie. Medication to help with my mental health) I was not willing to leave it there.as she raised her voice I did and ill admit start to raise mine! Then she proceeded to accuse me of stealing and racially profiled me! Then as I got to the till the young man proceeded to (after I expressed my thoughts about this experience) he aggressively took what I was going to by and asked me to leave! I did nothing wrong in that store and just wanted to buy mango slices and scratch tickets! I should also note that I have been going to the 1 store for over a year now!

I now absolutely refuse to shop here. Be aware when purchasing a gift card. Both for an Apple and Amazon gift cards. They were charging an 8.99 activation fee. When I purchased the same gift cards from another Seven-Eleven. I was not charged the activation fee. When I asked the store that didn’t charge me an activation fee. They told my there is absolutely no activation fee, and that store was probably charging them to turn a profit. To rip people off.

Good, reliable, fresh coffee however in the 5 years I've been shopping there about 3 times ive caught the cashier. He will purposely do a two dollar over charge in hopes that you Wont notice when you calll them out on it they quickly pay you out and hope you leave. Pay attention to how much they charge. Yes its only two dollars here and there but its bad practice dont let them get away with it.

Says open 24 hours for this location and I go over and the employee wont open the store for me (405am) instead he continued to walk the store on his phone looking busy. He wasnt as I watched him fix the same shelf of chip bags 3 times in a 10 minute period all while I patiently stood outside waiting to get stuff to goto work. If you arent 24hrs dont advertise it on your location it's really inconvenient for those of us that work 7 days a week on the front lines.

They tax some gift cards.if you need to buy any gaming related ones go to EBgames or another store where you aren't taxed.

Been coming for 18 years since I was a kid. Service still holds good and managers are friendly.
