7-Eleven

Go hear once in a while, usually don’t have horrible experiences, but the last few times I went there this new employee who’s name is naki or something like that, is always yelling at customers. And just today me and a couple of friends went there to go buy some stuff and as we exit the employee start accusing my friend of stealing and started yelling at him to open his pockets. Something needs to be done He’s always so aggressive and rude.

Terrible costumers service, guy talked in Hindi through is ear buds and payed no attention to me and other customers

Frequent this 7-11 all the time as I live a block away. Staff is always nice and greets me as I enter. My one gripe is that you only carry the whole wheat Annie’s. That stuff tastes awful. Please start selling the normal purple box of Annie’s.

By far the worst store I've ever been too. Staff are on their own level of rude, it's mind-boggling. Been here a number of times, with consistent experiences such as them yelling at you saying "get out if you're not buying anything" if you spend more then 5 minutes browsing the store. My end point was when I walked into the store and heard "get out, get out get out". As I walked out I asked why and they just kept repeating themselves. I asked a few times until they eventually said "you steal". Not remotely true in the slightest. Never going back there and I encourage you to do the same

This is a great place for hamber and Jules Verne students to visit during lunch. It’s not very busy and has many slurped flavours. Would recommend?

I’m writing about an in person experience; I didn’t get a chance to buy anything because I was kicked out of the store before I could look at everything. I get that kids often steal or try to so I understand and sympathize but I don’t think you should ask anyone to leave just because of past interactions/reputation. Next time maybe just keep a close eye on the kids and not make them vacate the premises. Thank you.

Been my go-to snack spot for almost five years now. Good selection of everything, especially specialty drinks. Staff are efficient and no-nonsense. Prices on a few pantry staples are higher than your average grocery store, but not by much and the convenience makes up for it.

Customer service so rude. 5 person in line.one person giving service. Rates are different other 711. If telling the difference they no listen

I placed an order for "non-dairy" Ben and jerry ice cream and they sent along regular dairy ice cream.

Does it not come to mind maybe someone ordered non-dairy for a reason and that in no possible way would they want to eat dairy.

Terrible experience with the app, with customer service and won't be going back to any 7-11 unless it's a necessity.

When i come to store, i double check if they are ok to order uber eats, the old indian rep said ok, but when i place order, he was calling to someone, and after 5 min my order just cancelled, my friend heard his saying over the phone (my friend know Indian language) he was saying, change our opening hours.

My neighbourhood corner market. The staff are great people having to deal with impatient customers. And the continuous flood of homeless hanging around there. Yet the store is always clean. With good selection of snacks, drinks and food.

Quite a nice petrol station and convenience store. Like many petrol stations, it always has all the variety of sweets, beverages and hot foods. It also carries a good selection of automotive related items.

Staff is always friendly, helpful and patient. And the location is super nice.

I went in to get lunch. The “store leader” was at the counter. I asked for 2 hotdogs. He ran up both @3.75$ each. I noticed that it said 2 for 5$ so I mentioned that there was the 2 for 5$ deal. He told me that I could not use that deal. I asked him why and he said”it’s a 7-eleven promotion and that this store was a private and did not offer the deal. ”

Why would you even have the deal on the screen if you do not offer the deal? I feel that your “store leader” thought I was clueless. Terrible customer service. Making up stories is Insulting to customers and is quite pathetic!

I love this seven eleven. It has a lot of selection for food and daily necessities. The location is convenient for me. The staffs can be absent minded. So I took 1 star off.

The write up below here brags about 24/7 service but 3 nights this week I've come by here to get something and the doors have been locked closed. For quite a while too. The night guys here lock the doors for whatever reason and don't respond when you knock or buzz for service.

Called to ask about item in store left me on the phone on hold for 10 mins and i can hear them laughing and talking. I hang up because they forgot about me on the phone

All gas pumps have expired inspection stickers! All the pumps overcharge about 2 liters for every 25 liters pumped! This is ridiculous!
