7-Eleven

It’s been 3rd time i have encountered this issue at the particular location waited 5-10 minutes every visit no one shows up and the front door is closed bur it says this location is open for 24 hours i don’t know what’s the point of 7 eleven if its not open. Very disappointed by this store location in particular. I usually don’t give low ratings but it happened frequently so i felt like complaining about it. Will never go to this store

A convenient store that isn't that convenient. Customers can't even use their washroom. Just some lazy employees who does not wish to clean the bathroom

Sure I can get some great munchies here every time, at any hour.definitely check it out? U know ya wanna

Told staff the computer monitors were filthy dirty and they needed to clean it, 2 weeks later it's only gotten worse. Tried to remind staff again and she got defensive instead, telling me "not to touch the screen" since they're not cleaning it.

I'm worried they are slipping back to their old ways and will be avoiding this 7-11 location altogether in the future.

The bathroom isn't actually broken, but they lie and say it is, even if you are a paying customer.

Yah me anghungery and wanted some munchies. Why not open befween 3: 30/4am on 04/03/23 (monday) & 04/05/23 (wednesday) ? !? !?

Poor customer service.
My son tried to use his 7 11 gift card tonight.staff said "actually we don't take 7 11 gift cards.yet they sell them?
This is the surrey 108th location.
Lame!

I order 13 wing and chicken leg and employee here just pack chicken without box as well she did not tell us obout this similar she do with chicken burger this store must need to improve this service

Unfortunately this and other 7 11 stores are not open from 12 am to 5 am for unknown reasons. The store is staffed but they do not let people in. This makes no sense and ruins the open 24/7 thing that all 7 11s have.

This store employee locked the door last night when we wanted to go grab something to eat, Kawaljeet an employee said they are not open during late nights, to my knowledge 7 eleven means you can go anytime and it would be open but employee’s weren't letting anyone in when questioned about not opening the door rudely said we are closed due to security reasons, the lady was giving out door dash skip orders out opening the door but refused to let anyone in. If it’s closed for everyone then make it fair don’t give anyone anything.

In more than 10 years I'll be a customer of this location. This is the first time experience I got. Today around 7 am. I and my wife buy hot chocolate. TASTE like a HOT WATER only. Management please check your machine and workers?

I ordered crispy potato veggies from uber eats but I got this soggy and too old tasteless veggies. I’m so unsatisfied with your service. You guys must make sure to give fresh order

Happy to have this place in my neighbourhood. Open 24/7 with some reasonable deals for snacks. They’re friendly and not too busy at this location.

I normally go around 12am, staff is really good and helpful.they let me keep my small dog with me as long as i pick him up.great service.

The food is occasionally fine, service is mediocre. Often times the food is not in stock meaning that when I want to get a drink or food, I can't since they don't refill it. The staff there almost always are not aware that the food ran out and even if they do realize that it ran out, they don't bother to make more. They also take a very long time to do things especially whenever there are many people in the store. The staff treat students badly and most are very stuck-up or completely ignorant.

The manager MEENAKSHI is too bad that I don't have words to explain her behaviour and the way she behave. She don't know how to treat with her employees. She think that she is the smartest ever. I don't know who made her manager but she is the BIGGEST MISTAKE IN THE STORE. I wish had more words to say to explain how dirty, poor and bad she is

I called today to see of they are letting family's come in as it's a pandemic and most stores are only allowing one person per family the girl that picked up the phone obviously doesn't understand English and sat the phone on the counter ignoring me for 10 minutes

Absolutely terrible have to wait half hour to get smokes see the workers just carrying on there way. Doing there own thing theres a huge line up of customers I can probably walk to the next store in less time than it will take to actually get service here. Most times theres only 1 person while other employees are doing god knows what.

Went to grab some quick food, they explained all the flavours of vapes and whats good n bad to the person before me, but when im up next and have a simple order of 5 chicken wings they run around rambling about and saying one moment for 6 minutes which i did count, because i was timing the next bus, which i missed. Causing me to miss my haircut appointment, and making me have to walk the 30 minutes home to get out of this stupid rain. Poor service, quite ignorant.

Ants in the slurpee machine, horrible service, the cashiers sucked, their slurpee lids suck, the floor was a mess and had slurpee all over the floor, i dropped my slurpee outside the store and asked for a refil at any other 7 eleven this wouldve been fine but not here dont come here unless your desperate,

It's 2: 30 am, waited outside for 20 minutes calling the phone number, ringing the door bell. 15 guests have come and gone, it says 24/7 on your website and everyone knows 7/11 is 24/7. This is very consistant and happens all the time, I love right across the street. I can send you recordings if you'd like. It's false advertising to advertise 24/7 and not actually be open and closed most of the AM. Place each person at an average cheque of 10 dollars that's 150 dollars in just half an hour. This is not how you run a business, I then left and saw someone inside as soon as I came back they hid again. This is ridiculous.

All the staffs are awesome. Fast& friendly. Very convenient store, well lighted and clean. Perfect place to drop by
