TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I ordered from skip the dishes at this location.
Item was missing so I contacted skip support and they said they couldn't reach me on my phone number so I checked the phone number on my profile it was right. So I called this 7eleven asked why I wasn't called to have this item replaced. It was a slurpy, it could have been replaced with a different flavor but instead they decided to be lazy. Top it all off the lady who answered the phone hung up on me and would not answer the phone after.
GREAT customer service.
This was at 930-940 P. M Tuesday May 9th.
Never shopping here again.

Worst customer service
Staff on the counter refused to give cash back in very impolite way, when asked for manager then started talking in philipino language with another staff member (no english). Told me to complain the manager as if she dont care.
Avoide this place if you can

Had a sign saying 3 monsters for $6 in cooler with drinks but at the till it was not honoured as it was “expired” I questioned why it was on display as being false advertising… guy behind me in line laughed and smiled but staff wouldn’t sell at posted price

I went to store July 29 2022 4.30am. Worse costumer service I ever seen in Canada. I will never go to this location again. Staff need lots training like Canadian standards.

Slease bags. This gas station has been advertising diesel at $0.20 less than everybody else for 2 weeks. They don't have any diesel they have not had any diesel for 2 weeks. I called yes we have diesel. I come no diesel

The staff here are unreasonably good for a gas station convenience store. Always friendly, politely up-selling without pressure. I always have a good experience here.

I've gone I to every 711 in Victoria trying to use one of there gift cards and not one will honor their own gift card they say that the machine doesn't give them the gift card option which is ridiculous because they should honour there gift cards I am very out raged about it

This place is never open. They just put up a piece of paper that says back at 6 am or when ever they feel like it. This is every night, but not regular times. Some times they'll close at 9 or when ever and be open at 11: 15 like today. The internet says that it's busier than usual right now, but that's a lie it's not even open. I was just there. There's no way to tell when they decide to close down, so most of the time I just wasted my time trying see if they're open or not and have to go home empty handed. Really disrespectful to the customers. I wish this store closed down permanently so a new store with competent management would open instead. I can see the clerks when I come by, sitting there doing nothing. Also I've written to head office and there has been no action taken, so it's not going to change.please close this store permanently.this is a waste of a spot

Liars. This place is not open 24/7. They close it around 3/4am for close to an hour. They should at the very least modify their hours to avoid inconveniencing people

For years now my friends, my family, my coworkers and myself have all agreed that out of all the stores in the greater Victoria area, this one is definitely a 7-Eleven! Good work, team!

Tonight around 8 pm a lady tripped and fell and most likely broke her nose. There was blood all over the floor. The two young men working didn’t seem to know what to do. One of them eventually called an ambulance for her. She did have someone with her. I question that they understand that they will need to do a terminal clean and that they understand the importance of this. I also think that they need some basic first aid training.

Very pleasant staff working here.

Special mention of Nav, what a nice young woman, big smile and very customer orientated.

We stopped in for a snack (their potato wedges are awesome) and they were the best "batch" I have ever had, fresh and delish.

Store is neat and tidy, well stocked.

Great to see ORGANIC orange juice in the drink section, from 711 brand. This is a step in the right direction. It is very good btw.

Will definitely stop in again. Keep up the good work and the smiles, all appreciated.

Pretty appaling how they try to force you to use their membership, like 4 questions to try and upsell before I can buy one thing.

Cleanliness is another huge factor here too.

You're better off going across the street for your other needs.

Not actually open 24x7. We showed up tonight to a locked door with a sign in the window indicating they were closed for 20 minutes. This location is violating the provincial law with regard to making employees work alone at night. Shame on you!

Says 24 hours but I walk all the way there and sign on the door says closed for half hour. Go to Mac's down the street more professional

I love the staff, when we ealk in they smile and say hi always.great team mates always make the best team to work together.way to go to the boss for his team he has now.

Harpal was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Helped me download the 7/11 app. He was very funny as well

It's 7 Eleven - 5 stars in the scale of what I expect from a convenience store. It's in a convenient spot, has friendly employees, is open 24 hours, and has cheap hot reasonably good coffee. Meets all my 7 Eleven needs when I have them.
