Literally always forgets or just misses items on my skip the dishes orders, like pretty much every time i’ve ordered there.

Not the best atmosphere or place to go. Had a very bad experience purchasing and being overcharged for gas. Took over a week to be refunded the difference.

I will leave my rating the same but it is really getting annoying with the pumps not having receipt paper. In accordance to one of the employees his words exactly the druggies keep trying to break into it. Maybe figure out a way to fix this problem Cause no other gas station in town seems to have this problem Of people apparently trying to steal their receipt Paper.

I went into the store in the afternoon and a worker asked me if i’d remove my backpack and leave it by the front.as soon as i went to the back a i heard the door open, a worker yell and my bag got stolen by a homeless person.terrible policy im very unsatisfied

Wow! The 2 guys that worked Saturday night (April. 16/22) are incredibly detailed. I went in to get a coffee Sunday morning and was greeted immediately. On me way to the coffee spot I couldn't help but notice how well the store had been faced and cleaned. It was so noticeably organized I had to say something. These guys deserve a raise!

It's pathetic that 711 can't even have one person working so they can be open 24hrs. That's kind of the point of 711. If you can't find employees then you aren't paying enough money. 711 price gouges enough that you should have no problem paying for staff.

I'm new to Canada, and seriously, the most positive and friendly experience I've had at the past month has been here. The way the staff treated me during a tough moment touched my soul, and has earned them a repeat customer, not like I wasn't one before this. These folks made my day.:) Not to mention, they have the best Slurpee selection around, easy.

I would like to say a major thank you to the owner of this location. In the recent past i have been having issues with staff and service. Today the owner took the time to talk with me in person about the issues and left me feeling confident about his strategy's to make this store back to the friendly anazing store it was. I will also give this location credit for how clean it is.

For these reasons i have changed my star review.

I've been turned away every night with 2 staff clearly screwing around, save your time and go somewhere else

After putting in a full tank of gas, they would not let me use the washroom, borrow a tire gauge or pump my one tire that was low. I understand turning down non customers but $50 in gas seems like a reasonable exchange to at least be able to use the bathroom, even if tire gauge theft is apparently rampant and compressed air is incredibly expensive. The new employees were very nice if unhelpful but the manager was unnecessarily rude about even using the washroom as a paying customer. Never going here again, even to pump gas.

This location gets very busy but seems to be improving. Ive noticed a lot of new staff members who are always friendly. Some don't have name tags which is too bad. I find the girls with blue and red hair to be very good at their jobs. I wish I could give recognition by name. One negative is they do not have smokes a lot of the time. Good store

Slowest service ever. When there is a line up at the till it appears that there is no desire to efficiently serve people quickly. 1 person on till. 2 standing around. IT IS NOT CONVIENENT.for a convienence store. 15 minutes to buy smokes? Heaven help us if you order food. Worst service. Please fix. I'm not returning again. I given the Harewood 711 many benefits of doubt and they appear to not want to approve. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going until they figure out what service means

Why is 7/11 closed? The staff in there arent doing anything and just playing around on their phones ignoring everyone coming in. Last week my wife was charged for 2 large slurpees when she only bought one and the lady claimed to be the manager came running out at my wife screaming at her and said she was banned for life and one of the other east Indian come out chasing me down asking if I paid for a slurpee that I was clearly finished with that I bought there 2 hrs prior and I was just standing outside the whole time

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. The slowest place ever. Train the staff to use the till maybe.or how about teach them English first.
I don't suggest any going there. I my want to smash the head of the guy working at 120am in june 19th. He was rude and threatened my gf. But of course he did she was the only person in the store. Why was he rude.she asked for recipe and he did not know how to ring in pizza

I find the staff and management delightful. I look foward to going there every morning! It can get busy but the staff are always on it and very pleasant. They make you feel very welcome

711 rocks quick food and slurpees, java and my awesome daughter Emily's mom works there rock it Bobbie

Great place to be at as n to work please understand I simply don't care how long you have to wait in line for you gotta give it up to the staff thru are very dedicated

Its a great place for coffee/tea/hot choc. /slurppies/ice-cream/choc.bars/potato chips/ brho%ead & spreads/ phone cards/pizza/

Pretty good friendly service. I'm here often and it's usually always a good friendly experience. Big Gulps aren't flat and always freash. Mountain dew and nutri grain bars y'all!
